Wow what a view! This beautiful walk-in Falls condo offers an UNOBSTRUCTED MAIN CHANNEL VIEW to die for! See sunrise and sunset from the huge screened deck perfect for entertaining or enjoying your quiet time.

This is an ENTRY LEVEL condo right off the parking lot so NO STEPS. Even with being a walk in level unit, it still has a raised view of the main channel from the covered, fully screened in private patio that includes a flat screen HD TV, gas grill, tables and chairs.

Features 2 lakefront master suites & the 3rd bedroom has access to a private patio.

The living room is very cozy including a 55" HD TV which is perfect for watching TV or your favorite movie. High speed WiFi Internet is provided free of charge.

The kitchen is filled with all the things you need to enjoy your stay at the lake.

Amenities are 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball goal, playground along with a pet area too!

Great view everything else bad

Had dirty bedding , had brown spiders n one bedroom. Had to spray for spiders . Outlets didnt work on porch. Just overall dissatisfied with most things except view.

Revisit

We use to own a unit 2 buildings up for 15 years and sold it 2 years ago, we rented a unit very similar. The unit we rented was very nice, clean and freshly redone. We enjoyed our stay with our Grandchildren immensely, we'll plan to come back next year.

Extremely well appointed, exceptionally clean

We had the best stay in this very well appointed condo. The owner has thought of and provided everything you will need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We had room for 8 adults and 7 little ones. One of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed at, and the owners were very prompt with our questions about the dock. Very well kept property and pools. But the best part of the condo, by far, is the back deck with plenty of room to lounge and play, overlooking the Lake. We grilled on the full size gas grill and found absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen. We highly recommend this gem near the Dam!

Fabulous Vacation

Georgia was amazing - easy check-in! Property was just as listed - super clean - all the amenities! Amazing screened porch with a beautiful view of the lake! We would definitely stay again!!!!!

Short Weekend Stay

Really liked this condo. Great main channel view. Great deck. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to have all the necessities. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very timely with responses. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely look at this condo for future lake trips.

We relocated to the lake area full time about four years ago because we love lake life. We both grew up in Missouri and enjoy spending any free time we have outdoors and on the water. After four years at the lake, we decided to sell our house and buy a condo because they have the most breathtaking views and we cannot imagine not having a place at the lake. We currently live in Columbia, Missouri with our 10 year old son and 3 year old daughter. We often say, it is a beautiful day to be at the lake and hope to be able to share this experience with others. People come to the lake to enjoy themselves and have a good time. It is such a fun and relaxing atmosphere.

Por que motivo escolheu este alojamento?

We chose this property because of the location, the views and the complex. These units do not come open often and we have looked at many units and properties all over the lake. From our deck you can see The Celebration and boat Christmas parades, racing boats, regattas from the yacht club, bald eagles and a variety of boats and water sports. This unit is quiet and we do not hear others. We feel like there is a lot of privacy and love being able to sit year round on the screened in deck.
