The house is fully equipped and ideal for a family stay.
It has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a cot, a clean bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a lovely lounge area with sofa bed where you can relax after a busy day.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Swimming pool (shared), oven, microwave, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

There are 3 beautiful beaches nearby: Plage des Prises (5min drive), Plage du Peu Ragot (8min drive), Plage des Anneries (9min drive).

The Écomusée du Marais Salant is a 7-minute drive away, where you can discover the local wildlife and learn about the history of the salt marshes and salt farming.

For sailing enthusiasts, the Centre Nautique Couardais du Goisil is a 6-minute drive from the property.

For your shopping needs, you'll find Le marais salant du chene vert (3 min away by car), Carrefour Contact (7 min away by car) and E.Leclerc SAINT MARTIN DE RE (12 min away by car).
