Dune Vacation Rentals presents, “Here Comes the Sun” the beach escape you have been searching for! This stunning home offers 4 bedrooms + bunk space and 4 full and 2 half bathrooms and features a private pool with a soaking spa with a lovely outdoor living space, and a 6 seat golf cart! Located in the Crossings district of WaterColor, this home is the perfect oasis for your family vacation.

The entryway greets you with a light and bright open concept floor plan that flows beautifully throughout the first floor. The living room and kitchen are both positioned perfectly to overlook the backyard space which will have you wishing your vacation will never end! The spacious kitchen offers premium appliances including a Wolf oven and Sub-Zero refrigerator and beverage refrigerator. Gather around the elegant dining table to enjoy your favorite meal that offers stylish seating for eight. The first floor has a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bathroom. There is a half bath and laundry located on the first floor for convenience.

The second floor of the home has an open lounge space that is great for relaxing after a fun day in the sun. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and access to the balcony overlooking the backyard. The master bathroom features a soaking tub, dual vanity sinks, and walk-in shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, one offering a king-sized bed and the other has a queen-sized bed. There is a bunk nook that has two twin over twin beds with access to a half bathroom across the hall.

The outdoor space of this home is where the heart is. The private pool and soaking spa create the perfect environment for family memories to be made. The fireplace is great for gathering around and enjoying each other's company with plenty of comfortable seating! This property has an outdoor shower and comes with four beach cruiser bikes.

- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows ONE golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 4 Beach Cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.

We had a great time visiting this lovely property. It is close enough to everything to only need the bikes or golf cart, had plenty of room for us, is tastefully decorated, and has all of the kitchen/grilling/bath/etc supplies we needed. I'm knocking off a star because the hot tub and pool stayed cold, despite paying extra to have them heated and alerting the property manager to the problem. This amenity was one of the main reasons we booked this property, and not being able to enjoy them was disappointing, although the kids did brave the temps a couple of times. Also, while handy, the golf cart squeaks loudly while in use and could benefit from some TLC. Overall, a great property with potential to be near-perfect.
