This studio located on the 6th floor (with an elevator) consists of a living space of 24 sq. m and includes :
- a charming and tastefully decorated living-room with a pull-down double bed,
- a well equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, freezer)
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- TV and Wi-Fi
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment, hairdryer, high chair,
- a public parking lot is located nearby.

## Neighborhood

In this studio, you will be in a lively district of Paris ! You will get to discover this charming typical Parisian neighborhood with all of its shops, cafés and restaurants. We recommend : Vermillon, La Cloche d'Or ou La Scène Thélème. You will stay in a artsy and cultural neighborhood since you will find the Moulin Rouge as well as many other museums and arts gallery close by. Finally, you will be close to the public transports in order to visit the rest of the capitol easily.

From Gare du Nord / Gare de l’Est → 15 min away by transports
From Gare Montparnasse → 20 min away by transports
From CDG airport → 50 min away by transports or 40 min by car
From Orly airport → 1h away by transports or 50 min by car
