A newly renovated, centrally located duplex apartment with everything needed for your stay in Miami including space, privacy, comfort, TVs in every bedroom, and all the extra touches that you expect from a fine, yet affordable Airbnb. Located steps away from the MetroRail, it takes you to Downtown Miami in under 10 minutes. It’s also 15 mins. to South Beach, and under 20 mins. to MIA Airport. Whether you’re here for leisure on vacation or on a business work trip, this place is perfect for you!


Apartment Space.

We offer residential, spacious, fresh, modern, and chic interiors in a transitioning neighborhood nestled in a commercial area of coconut grove. Our affordable, centrally-located space is a comfortable size with 2 generously-sized bedrooms that have a large queen size bed in each and each bed is covered with 1800 count sheets. Both bedrooms have closets and their own televisions. In the apartment there is a full, newly renovated bath with a shower and tub. Fresh and clean linen and towels are available for every stay.

The living area is great as well! Our living room boasts a comfy couch, which is also a full-sized pull-out sofa bed for extra sleep space. With a 43" TV equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick, you can log into any of your Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube etc. accounts. Plus, the living room television is on a swiveling wall mount that can be adjusted so you can watch from the kitchen table.

The large, fully functional kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cutlery (pots, pans, baking sheet, utensils, pint size cups, mugs, and wine glasses) and has a full size fridge, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine with prepackaged coffee packs, creamers, and sugar. Plus, there is a sleek table that seats up to six. The picture shows a table setting for 4 but there are two folding chairs at your disposal to comfortably seat six adults.


Apartment Guest Access.

Feel free to relax or throw a ball around in the huge, shared yard and enjoy the seated front porch of the apartment. We’re also pleased to announce our newly-installed outdoor grills, added to satisfy any charbroiled BBQ cravings during your stay!

Also, in the back of the kitchen, there are washer and dryer machines available inside the unit. We are excited to announce that a new coin-operated laundry amenity is now available on site as well. Rolls of quarters will also be available on site in exchange for cash (or CashApp/ Google Pay). Please do not overload them as this will not effectively wash your clothes and could potentially break the machine in the process. Thanks!


Apartment Guest Interaction.

Check-in begins at 4pm due to necessary cleaning and resetting of the space. This is a contactless, self-check-in process. Please also note the fees for late check out in our house rules.

Our staff members including maintenance and cleaning staff are on-site during normal working hours if needed. In case of emergency, plumbing for example, 24hr assistance is available. We are always available for whatever you may need by phone, however we are fine with giving our guests space if that is preferred. The best time to reach us would be Monday-Friday from 10 am-5 pm and the best way to reach us is to text an informative message on the AirBnb app, unless it is an emergency (in which case call us). This will allow us to efficiently process and respond to your request.

Please note, that the Airbnb app provides all the details and information about your stay which can easily be referred to when addressing your concerns. Please do not text on WhatsApp or through regular texts as we won’t know enough information about you or where you are staying to efficiently respond to your inquiry. If for some reason, you must use WhatsApp, etc. please mention the address where you're staying, your name, day of checkin/checkout.

Apartment Neighborhood Overview.

Our space is just across the street from the MetroRail (the "Subway" of Miami), which will travels into the heart of Downtown in less than 10 minutes! This neighborhood is very central and close to everything!

Our neighborhood is nice and quiet although super close to the US1 highway which can take you wherever you need to be in Miami.
We are about a 15-minute walk to the super chic CocoWalk area in Coconut Grove, and a 5-minute drive across US1 to the popular Merrick Park Mall in Coral Gables which are excellent areas to wine and dine, catch a movie, or just hang out.

The area, referred to as Coconut Grove today, was formed in 1925 when the city of Miami annexed two areas of about equal size; the city of Coconut Grove and most of the town of Silver Bluff. Coconut Grove approximately corresponds to the same area as the 33133 ZIP Code, although the ZIP Code includes parts of Coral Way and Coral Gables and a small portion of ZIP Code 33129. The area is often referred to as "The Grove" and many locals take pride in Coconut Grove being one of the greenest areas of Miami.



Apartment Getting Around.

Regarding parking, there's one designated off-street parking spot per apartment on the property although extra on-street parking is available. All parking is free.

Centrally located in the entire city of Miami (not just South Beach), you can see ALL of the great areas of Miami and quickly. Also, the property is off of US1 which is the oldest and main thoroughfare in the City; it connects you to everything in Miami. There is also a free Coconut Grove Trolley

An average Uber or Lyft takes less than 5 minutes to arrive and the trip cost in the city is usually an average of less than 14 dollars. The Coral Gables is less than 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking. There is Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, South Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, and Midtown and much much more all very close. Being in a metropolitan area, there are numerous other ride-calling services available through apps like Freebee, which is actually a free shuttle service in the area! Simply download the app or one like it and the app will inform you of ride-service availability. Freebee is just like Ubering to the grocery store, other small errands, etc. but is FREE!

The space is directly next to the Douglas MetroRail station (Miami's elevated train, like London's "Tube" or New York's "Subway", but above-ground) which will carry you to Downtown in under 10 minutes (The same travel time by car FYI, minus worrying about paid parking downtown!) The MetroRail can also send you to MIA airport and back in under 20 minutes. It also connects you to the free MetroMover which is a free transit service that runs all around the entire Downtown area in less than 8 minutes!



Apartment Other Things To Note.

We are excited to announce that we have concessions now available with snacks and beverages for sale at your convenience. :) Contactless Delivery to your door. We accept cash (or CashApp/ Google Pay).

There is a thermostat in the apartment for air conditioning only. Please disregard the “heater” option shown, there is only air conditioning, which we use a lot more of down here in the Tropics. :) The setting is not necessary as it only gets below 40 degrees about 1 or 2 days a year on average.

Mid-reservation linen and towel service is available for our guests.

Also, we would like to note that although our location may be close to transportation, it is also a very quiet space with great privacy. You will have your own entrance and can enjoy yourself peacefully.

Lastly, there are late-checkout and damaged-item fees mentioned in the house rules. These issues cause disruption to our future client experiences and daily operations so we must take this seriously.
