Perfect for large groups or family reunions, this multi-level home has stunning views of the Hermosa Valley and great amenities like a private hot tub so you can soak under the stars. As you enter the home on the lowest level you will find a bonus living area with kitchen and a bunk room that is great for the kids with full bath. Also on this floor is a king bedroom with full en suite bath. Head upstairs to the main floor where you will find the large living room with gas fireplace, appointed with floor to ceiling windows showcasing the beautiful views of the north valley and a wonderful grand piano. There is plenty of seating for the whole family on one of the many sofas or window seats around the room. Sit outside on the front balcony and take in the fresh mountain air along with the great view. The open kitchen makes it easy to cook for many and is fully stocked with everything you need. There is a dining area off the kitchen as well as a half bath and laundry room. The main floor has a queen bedroom with full en suite bath. There is a lovely study room with lots of books and a TV that is a great place to curl up and read a book. Up on the third floor you will find the master suite with walk-in closet and private master bath complete with a large soaking tub. Another bedroom has two queen beds and shares a full bath that is open to the large loft area. The loft area has a twin bed with trundle and is open to the floor below. Climb up the ladder and find an additional loft area with 3 twin beds. AC units have recently been added to the upper floors.
