The vibe is light and airy in this new and unique home in Buena Vista, neighboring MetroCenter and the Germantown area! Many restaurants of all kinds circle the area, which is just a few miles away from the downtown Nashville, including the Sounds Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, The Music City Center, etc. ($6-7 Uber ride to Broadway). Right off of I65, which makes all of Nashville very accessible.

This home is beautifully decorated and comfortable! You'll be able to relax and have downtime after soaking in Music City. We have a great back deck that is calling your name!

This is a beautifully designed open floor plan with plenty of space for guests to relax at the oversized kitchen table and living room. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and plenty of closet space. To ensure your peace of mind, an XFINITY Home Security System is easily armed and disarmed with two exterior cameras and indoor motion sensors.

The master bedroom consists of two queen size beds with memory foam mattresses, a large walk-in closet, a luxurious shower with his and hers sinks and a body length mirror.

The first guest bedroom contains a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and easy access to the hallway bathroom.

The second bedroom is home to a bunk bed with queen and twin XL mattresses and a large dresser and mirror.

Outside you will find plenty of space to relax in Adirondack chairs and outdoor patio furniture. Feel safe and secluded in the backyard with the tall privacy fence. If you're driving into town please take advantage of the automatic sliding gate that gives up to three cars access to a secure parking area within the backyard fence.

Easily access downtown Nashville, the Farmer's Market or Germantown with a $7.00 Uber or Lyft. If you will be traveling in the area, Highways 40 and 440 are easy to access.

60th birthday celebration with friends

Nice house! Good location! The only things I would recommend tweaking is adding a chair for additional living room seating, access to the pantry (we had nowhere to put groceries away), some additional towels and hooks to hang them. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Great Space

The house was great! We had 8 people (2 families of 2 adults with 2 kids each)! It was spacious enough for us to all have our own space but still be close enough to hang out. The kitchen was great! The house was super close to downtown! The only downsides were the broken alley gate (which took 2 of us to close), the broken side gate, and the guy who came knocking on the door asking for money. Other than that, we would definitely rent again if we are in Nashville again!

North Nashville stay

The house was clean and tidy. The main floor was great for hanging out with family. Loved that it wasn't far from downtown Nashville. The hosts were to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great experience.

Short drive to Broadway

This is a great house for a group visiting Nashville. It's in a great location with a quick 8 minute drive to Broadway. We also used Uber at night, it was a $7 trip. We visited Franklin as well. Everything was convenient. The back driveway with the gate gives a safe place to park cars (fits 3).

Very disappointed. House was nice, but not clean.

The neighborhood was not described accurately. Across the street were 2 condemned houses. Most of the houses were trashy. There were no instructions on how to use the alarm system. Had to barricade the doors at night. No welcome package. No broom. Light fixtures dirty/dusty. Crumbs on sheets in one of the bedrooms, obviously not washed. Back yard firepit was messy and unusable. Gate in the back was supposed to be electric...broken and could only be opened manually with MUCH DIFFICULTY!Did not feel safe at all in this neighborhood ! Very overpriced

Really nice time at the property

Had a great time. Everything was good. Could have used dish towels and there is an intermittent leak at the fridge. The back gate is no joke. Needs work as it is really difficult to open and close. Found amenities generated and was an easy Uber ride to downtown. Thanks for all the communication. The stay was easy.

Nice house but not ideal location

House is very nice, and checking in was a breeze!! Communication with renter was very timely and professional. A few bummers - Neighborhood is a little on the rough side. Not within safe walking distance of downtown or really any food/drinks/entertainment. However, Ubers were easy/reasonably priced to get to and from.

In town for a graduation weekend

I am not new to the nashville area and visit my fiancé in the area often. I am familiar with north nashville, which is widely known as an up and coming area. With this being said, as a small woman, I can say that I would not feel safe staying here with just a few of my girlfriends. The area is clearly unsafe at times and one night a man came up on our porch while we were on sitting out on it. Luckily, my fiancé was there with me so I was not in any danger. The property was not well maintained and clearly dirty. Upon arriving most of the dishes were dirty and the entire house was extremely dusty. We noted an active wasp nest above the frame of the front door. The floor must have been waxed recently because at the base of the stairs the floor was so slick we moved a mat with grips over it after my pregnant sister fell. Additionally, the gate in the back is completely nonfunctional. It originally was an automated closing gate but only after check-in the host informed us you have to manually close it. The process of closing it was arduous and took three people because you were fighting the dysfunctional automated system. I found this to be unacceptable. I was so disappointed with my experience we ended up leaving a day early. The listing online did not accurately represent the property and would not book with this company again. I am an avid traveler and usually use other accommodation services. When booking this trip, I decided to branch out and use this one for the first time. Following this experience, it may be my last.

Spring Break

The house was spacious and offered ample room for our group of 6. The beds were VERY comfortable and it was nice to have ample bathrooms for teenage girls. However, the house was not as clean as we had hoped (floor), there were cobwebs and dust all over the light fixtures (bad for our asthmatic who had breathing difficulties in the house), and several of the lightbulbs were burned out in the main upstairs bathroom. The fire pit in back that was posted in the pictures, we were told could not be used and there were broken branches all over the back yard. The wooden gate where you park in INCREDIBLY HEAVY and almost impossible for anyone to open. It needs to be put on some type of electric wench to make it easier! We were told to bring all purchases and values inside to make sure they were safe, but there are no shades or curtains on the windows of the front or back door so anyone can look inside the house and see what is there. I think with a few changes this could be a premier property for rental as the distance to downtown is not bad and it is far enough away to avoid the downtown nighttime crowd

Great Find!

We took a girls trip to Nashville and this was a GREAT spot to stay. Close to downtown, great layout, beautiful backyard, and waaay bigger than what the pictures show. Very comfy beds. Tons of mirrors for multiple people to get ready. Had a very spacious kitchen. Not sqeaky clean, but clean enough for us =). Would Def. Rent again.

Great stay near downtown

Great house, great location! The only things we wish they had were a few cleaning supplies to make our stay a little more comfortable. The hosts responded right away to any questions and were willing to be accommodating to our needs. There was good space in the house and nice amenities. If you’re planning to cook there only certain pots and pans worked with the electric stove. We still highly recommend the house!

I had the best experience with this property. It was in the middle of everything; yet still so discrete. The host was above and beyond excellent!! I would book this property a thousand times if I could every time I return home.

The house was all updated and very clean. The hosts were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be staying here again next time in Nashville.

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall the property was nice, location was convenient and decent neighborhood. The neighbors dog did bark often around 1130pm nightly. The owners should reconsider their cleaning crew. Confetti left over in bed sheets, and in the floor from previous tenant. Counters still had stuff smeared, and splashes of liquid on walls in the downstairs bathroom and stairway. Communication was great with the property owner! Would stay here again.

Cute property close to downtown

Stayed the weekend with my family. Cute house with good bedroom set up so everyone could spread out. Spacious living room to hang out and eat together. Close to downtown attractions.
