To top off these outdoor treats, a huge shaded terrace furnished with a dining table and a patio lounge set will provide you with an ideal spot to enjoy meals and cocktails al-fresco, and give you a taste of the dolce-vita on the Riviera!

But wait.... And to make sure you don't have to worry too much about tidying things up while on vacation, daily housekeeping is available upon request (additional charge will apply, must request at least a week before arrival). How about that for the (thick) icing on the cake!

- A second bedroom, more appropriate for the children with 2 bunk beds for a total of 4 sleeping spots, also opening to the garden.

**On the second floor, you will find:**

- A first bedroom suite with a double bed, closet, shower room, toilets, and opening to the large outdoor terrace.
- A second bedroom suite with a double bed, opening to the same large terrace, and featuring a closet/dressing, a large bathroom with tub, shower and double sink, and separate toilets.

But wait... For the same price, you are getting a second, separate 2-story house on the property!

This one is a genuine 60m² 17thcentury Provencal bastide, with the following floor plan:

- On the first floor: living room/dining room with a sofa-bed and a dining table for 4 people, and a separate kitchen equipped with everything you may need.
- On the second floor: a bedroom suite with a double bed, its shower room and separate toilets.

- Visit the world-renown perfume factories in the famous town of Grasse, less than 20 minutes away.

- Try some of the many golf courses in the area, within just a few minutes by car.

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our villas.)
