Welcome to our home away from home, where fun on the gorgeous Cherry Grove beaches awaits YOU! Our 3 bdr/2ba FAMILY-FRIENDLY condo provides you and your guests plenty of space to relax while offering all the excitement North Myrtle Beach holds. As new owners of this bright, airy corner unit we look forward to providing you with a clean, comfortable vacation spot. Our newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen accommodates your needs for preparing meals, if you choose. The unit includes a brand new, full-size washer/dryer, WiFi, new ceiling fans and 4 Smart TV’s. There are TV’s with cable in all bedrooms. We also have a private balcony off the living room and front bedroom (queen size bed) to enjoy the ocean views and a cold beverage or your morning coffee.

Our condo is in a low-rise building less than 100 steps to the glistening Atlantic Ocean. Amenities include an elevator, pool, and free parking. Ocean Terrace is conveniently located with easy, walking access to shops, grocery and restaurants on Sea Mountain Hwy and Ocean Drive’s Main Street. You are a short drive away from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row and abundant golf courses.

Additional sleeper sofa in the Living Room.
Bed sheets and bath/kitchen towels provided with your cleaning fee. Bring your beach towels!

No house parties, smoking, motorcycles or pets allowed.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Please take a few minutes to read the following information carefully in order to make yourself familiar with our policies. We want your vacation to be enjoyable right from the start, and are here to assist you in planning your stay with us.

1. Check-in & Check-out times
Check-in is 4:00PM
Check-out is 10:00AM. Late Check-outs are subject to a $75.00 an hour late fee.

2. No House Parties
Should a group attempt to occupy a property, they will be immediately evicted and forfeit all rent. The person making the reservation will be responsible for all legal fees concerning this situation.
We rent strictly to families and adults over 25 only. Violations of this regulation will be denied occupancy and forfeit full rental amount.

3. Repairs
If a problem should arise with equipment in a unit, a refund on rent will not be made. We do guarantee that repairs will be made as soon as possible. Please contact Kathryn to report any issues.

4. Miscellaneous Rental Items
We regret that we can not guarantee the comfort of sleeper sofas. We recommend their usage by children and cannot give a refund due to their discomfort.

On arrival you will find a sheet of rules and regulations posted in our condo. Please inspect our unit, and notify us immmediately if there are any problems.

5. No Pets
Absolutely No Pets are allowed in our condos per HOA rules. Any pet found in or around the condo, including pool and hot tub areas, will result in a $250 charge, immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rents paid along with any damages that resulted because of the pet. This rule is checked and strictly enforced.

6. Occupancy
We rent strictly to families and adults over 25 only. There may be no more than 10 people in the condo at one time. Violations of this regulation will be denied occupancy and forfeit full rental amount.

7. Locked Closets
Owners have their personal items locked in a closet for their convenience. These areas are not included in any rental. Please DO NOT attempt to open these locked closet doors - they are for homeowner use only. If you tamper with the closet your security deposit WILL BE FORFEITED.

8. Non-smoking ordinance
All condos and common areas, including hallways, elevator,pool and hot tub areas, are Non Smoking (including e-cigarettes) per North Myrtle Beach Ordinance, code 15, section 12-82, subsection 12. There will be a $300 charge to your account for any evidence of smoking inside a rental unit.

9. Linens
Departure cleaning and Linens (bedding linens, bath towels, hand towel and washcloth for 8, 2 bath mats, and a set of kitchen towels) are provided for all weekly and daily rentals. This is reflected on your rental statement.
All beds will be made upon arrival, not including sofa beds. Linens for the sleeper sofa, full/queen size should be brought by the renter, if you plan on using that sleeping option.
We ask that at departure, you remove all items from the refrigerator and freezer, carry all trash to the dumpster and turn on the dishwasher.

10. Suggested items to bring:
Paper products including toilet paper & Paper towels
Trash bags, plastic wrap & foil
Soap, shampoo & tanning lotion
Beach chairs, Beach/pool towels, floats, beach bags, umbrella (there are some beach items in the balcony closet, inventory cannot be guaranteed)
