There is a large King Master bedroom and private ensuite bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower. The additional 2 guest bedrooms...one a queen bed; the other: 2 twins, all have private ensuite bathrooms and both guest bedrooms have Juliet-balconies with gorgeous views of the Sound and remainder of the Island.

Beach Colony East is a gated resort and offers many amenities such as having the largest pool on the island (Olympic-size), clay tennis court, pickle-ball, cornhole, shuffleboard, fitness center, social room and 6 charcoal grills (grills not allowed on balconies). Beach chairs, umbrellas and LOTS of beach/pool toys provided by owners in outside storage closet. Longest fishing pier in FL @1545 ft long and 30 ft high). Guests may rent additional chairs and umbrellas on beach if desired from LDVbeach.com. Usually requires 2-3 days advance booking.
