Located 50 m from the beach of Port Vieux, in a residence of the 60s, the flat has a balcony overlooking the ocean.
Its location between the city and the ocean makes it possible to spend a stay "all on foot" between the beaches, the historic centre and the Halles district.

The entrance is on the first floor and opens onto a living room - dining room with adjoining kitchen and balcony.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds (160cm) and 1 bedroom with a double bed (180cm) that can be converted into 2 single beds (90cm). A bathroom with double washbasin, Italian shower and separate WC and toilet complete the set.

The flat benefits from a parking pass in the car park located on Place Sainte Eugénie, 300 metres from the flat.

PROXIMITY

The exceptional location of this flat allows you to visit the city of Biarritz on foot.
- 3 minutes walk to the famous Côte des Basques cliff, famous for its sunset view.
- 6 minutes walk to the Halles de Biarritz which is a cosy covered market with small stalls selling fish/seafood, cheese, charcuterie and more. In season you can enjoy Basque songs.
- You have a view of the beach of Port vieux.

You have all public transport nearby.

ACCESS FOR TRAVELERS

IMPORTANT: The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A parking space is included in the parking place Sainte Eugenie (5/7 minutes walk from the accommodation).
Please note that the parking space is not accessible for vehicles over 1M85.

We will contact you on the day or the day before your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally between 4pm and 8pm, although later arrivals are possible on request and at an additional cost.
For arrival between 8pm and 10pm: 35 euros.
For arrivals between 10pm and midnight: 65 euros.
For arrivals after midnight: 100 euros.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of 1 500€ will be required as part of the rental. It is mandatory and must be paid before arrival in the accommodation. It is managed by the secure online service Swikly.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
