Please note the following schedule for our outdoor pool availability:

Pool Closed: Until July 20th
Pool Open: From July 20th to Labor Day Weekend
Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025

The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

Book your stay for any dates between now and the end of August and receive a $20 Gift Card to the onsite restaurant!

Take a dip in the indoor pool (heated seasonally), check out the fitness facility, and grab a light snack at the restaurant. Select some complimentary DVD rentals and swing by the gift shop for T-shirts, sunglasses, beach apparel, and mementos.  With over 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, keep SunDestin in mind for hosting large events, like weddings, family reunions, and business meetings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 1611 is a charming one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Relax in the cozy living room, on the balcony in the open air, or at the dining table with seating for four. No matter your location in the open-concept living/dining area, enjoy beautiful views directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Prepare meals or snacks for the beach in the fully-appointed kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space. When it’s time to retire, snuggle up in the living room on the queen sleeper sofa with flat-screen TV or in the master suite with a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV.

You’ll find Destin is distinguished by a fresh, seasonal, and locally inspired philosophy celebrating the bounty of Florida’s Gulf Coast. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
