Nancy, Thank you for choosing Sweet Carolina for your fall getaway to the Isle of Palms. We are quite thankful Ian didn't cause us any issues too! We are sorry about the washer not performing for you- the tech came out and said all is working fine, just too large of loads so we put a note on the washer asking guests to put medium sized loads in it. Our linens are laundered off site in a hospital grade facility but are sorry to hear you found a set that did not meet your standards. East Islands Rentals

Danielle, Thank you for staying with us Sweet Carolina and for taking the time to tell us about your vacation. There are a few minor touch ups the home needs and they will be tended to over the winter. The garbage cans are in the breezeway of the garage. We aren't sure about the showers that don't drain and the toilet that barely flushes, we did check these upon your departure but didn't find an issue. The shower handle however was fixed upon your departure and we thank you for letting us know about it before the next guest arrived! We have an App for each of our homes, a link was emailed to you, with all the area information (including restaurants) and information about the home and check in/ out process. We used to have house books but removed them due to CoVid for cleanliness purposes. We think by heat lamp, you are referring to an outdoor heat tower, these are not used in our homes due to liability and insurance purposes. We thank you for bringing these items to our attention and we appreciate you staying with us! We hope to have you stay with us again soon, East Islands Rentals

Karen, We are sorry to hear of the issues you encountered during your stay, this is certainly not the way we want our guests to feel. There was an electrical issue with the pool that was corrected the day after your arrival and we have discussed refreshing the home with the homeowner- she does have plans to paint and redecorate this winter. We certainly hope to see you again and that you will give us another chance to provide you with an awesome vacation! East Islands Rentals

Lauren, Thank you for staying with us at Sweet Caroline. We are glad you had a good stay and the home fit your group well. Thank you for the heads up about the cabinets and rug, we will have our handyman tighten those up! East Islands Rentals
