The house is composed as follows:

- On the ground floor: entrance, bright living room opening onto a large terrace with access to the garden and swimming pool, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, guest WC. As well as a first bedroom with adjoining shower room and toilet.
- On the 1st floor:
1 master bedroom with large terrace and sea view, a bathroom with shower, bath and adjoining toilet.
1 bedroom with double bed
1 bedroom with two single beds
A shower room with wc and shower is located between the two bedrooms.


In flexiblex (with window) laundry room and a bedroom with desk, double bed and adjoining shower room and wc.

Travelers have access to the entire house.


## Interaction

I live in Cannes and I am available by phone (SMS, Whatssap, calls) and can move around in case of problems for the smooth running of your stay. I will be in front of the villa for the handing over of the keys to explain everything and answer your questions.
Check-in takes place between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. If check-in is after 8pm, please contact me to arrange independent check-in.

I also offer private concierge services such as luggage services, housekeeping services or the organization of tourist activities. Feel free to contact me for more information.

We offer you luxury equipment, sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price. Bathroom kits are included per person (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be cleaned and the trash cans thrown away.
