This isn’t your typical vacation home in Magnolia Cottages! LICENSE TO CHILL boasts an abundance of amenities that sets this home aside from others. This showcase property offers upgraded lighting, panoramic glass doors, outdoor showers, wine fridge, additional ice maker, beach towels, emergency generator, and for the eco-friendly, a level 2 EV charger (free for guest use).

Take your culinary experience to the next level with an array of upscale small kitchen appliances not commonly found in a rental home. LICENSE TO CHILL also offers the versatile Big Green Egg (charcoal/cooking tools included) AND a Gas Grill. Elevate your dining experience with upscale dinnerware, barware, a full spice rack, olive oil, coffee pods & filters and select paper goods – all at your disposal.

For added convenience and entertainment, you will find a 6 – seater golf cart which makes getting your companions and their gear to the beach access effortless (not to mention FUN). Explore the surroundings with 4 NEW complimentary bikes, provided exclusively for your use. Take a leisurely ride on the Timpochee Trail to discover the many boutiques and eateries in Rosemary, Alys or live entertainment at The Big Chill. LICENSE TO CHILL invites you to experience a vacation beyond the ordinary, where luxury and convenience seamlessly merge for an unforgettable stay.

TRANSPORTATION
• Street Legal 6-person golf cart (with signed waiver - must be 25 to operate)
The golf cart is primarily to be used to get to the beach access, Deer Lake State
Park, or The Big Chill. The communities of Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest no longer
allow for golf carts in their communities. Please plan accordingly.
• Bikes are popular on 30A! 4 are included with this rental. Should you require
more during your stay, a discount code at a local bike shop will be provided with
your arrival information.

HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
• Golf Cart Parking: There is designated parking at the front of the neighborhood between Morgan Street and the Waterhouse condos.
• Large resort style pool (heated depending on ambient nightly temperatures)
•. Community green space (located at pool).

BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE:
• There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood.
• The owners have provided a FREE beach set (2 chairs and umbrella) for each day of your stay. Your companions may set up additional chairs around this set. This allows you to sit close to the access point. Avail March 1- October 31.
• There is a public beach access, Seabreeze Public Access located approximately 500ft west (near Mistral Condos) of Magnolia Cottages gate. This beach access has a shower but no parking. Golf cart parking is located at entrance of Magnolia Cottages

• PRIMARY BEDROOM: 1st Floor with a king bed, TV, private bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower
• UPSTAIRS PRIMARY: 2nd Floor with a king bed, TV, private bath including a jacuzzi
tub/shower combination; BONUS: Fabulous Outdoor Shower just outside the door
• QUEEN BEDROOM: 2nd Floor with a queen bed, TV, private bath with walk in shower
• BUNK ROOM: 2 sets of twin XL over queen bunks, TV, private bathroom with shower/tub combination. This room has a multi-game arcade for both young and old alike!

Outdoor Shower provides an initial starter kit of amenities for all of our guests.
FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 3 extra liners for the kitchen trash.
FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body
wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner. Additionally, some laundry pods for those properties with onsite washers and dryers. Owners may provide additional amenities.

This home does have surveillance devices located at entrance points.

JUST AS AMAZING AS THE PHOTOS
This home was PERFECT for our family vacation. It was clean, decorated beautifully and even had a sweet personal note from the owners. Close to the beach and close to all of the local shops. Communication with owners and rental company was also amazing We will definitely be renting again. Thank you for making sure our stay went perfectly!

Beautifully decorated with extra kitchen utensils . enjoyed the outdoor shower and beach chairs .
♥️Love the space enough for our 3 families to relax and enjoy . It was fun sitting out on the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening wine . Golf carts are the way to travel to beach and shopping . Beautifully decorated !!

There were 10 of us, our two grown children and their collective 4 kids. We had ample space. Loved the bunk beds for the 4 of them. Each couple plus the kids had their own bathrooms. The kitchen and living room area was open which was great for cooking but being with the group. We have stayed at any number of vrbo's--this was the best appointed we have encountered. Everything you could need was there and it was quality. The house was exceptionally clean and lovely. The community pool is only a few steps away--great pool. The beach is a short golf cart or bike ride to the end of the subdivision. With 10, it was great to have the golf cart for the kids. We definitely would highly recommend this vrbo. It was a great location to other locations we wanted to check out.

Great place
We had a great time at License to Chill. From the decor to the well equipped kitchen to the excellent location - it was everything we wanted. We were with several groups that were staying around the area, every-time anyone walked it they mentioned that we had the nicest house. Thanks for the easy and thorough communication from the host.

Great beach house
Beautiful house in a quiet community that allowed for a fun family get together. The house is located a 2 minute walk from the community pool and 5 minute golf cart ride from the private access to the pristine beach. The house was equipped to accommodate cooking and was spaced out well to allow for kids to go to bed while adults could stay without bothering them.
