2023 NEWLY RENOVATED! Your luxury BEACHFRONT ESCAPE starts here at this PREMIER Phoenix VIII condo!! This low density complex has everything you need for the perfect family vacation, lady's getaway or golf trip! Skip the crowds and enjoy our spacious beach. Step into this completely remodeled 3/2 condo and sink into luxurious coastal decor and create lasting memories with your family!

THE SPACE: Completely remodeled, this spacious upscale condo will have you swooning! Beautiful coastal decor, new furniture and Serta mattresses are just a few of the upgrades you will enjoy. The condo features beautiful wood look porcelain tile throughout, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms as well as stunning views from the balcony. Our spacious kitchen is fully stocked and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island for food prep and an extra large pantry. The kitchen is open to the dining area with seating for six at the table and three at the island. There's room to relax in the spacious living area with a large sectional sofa with queen sleeper, seating area for two, and a large 70" smart TV with sound bar for entertainment. With the best views on the beach, the balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, and has seating for five, with a pub height table, four chairs and one lounge chair. We can comfortably accomodate your family of ten with three bedrooms. The large master suite has a new king bed, 65" smart TV, walk-in closet, and a bonus desk/makeup vanity area. The ensuite bath features granite, double vanities, shiplap accents, and a large tiled walk in shower. One guest bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and access to the adjoining bath. The guest bath has double vanity undermount sinks with marble counters and a newly tiled tub/shower combination. Bedroom three has two full size beds and a smart TV. For your comfort, all bedrooms feature new beds and Serta mattresses! There's more room for storage and beach items in the walk in laundry room which has a full-size washer/dryer and room to hang your clothes. WiFi is free and strong enough to stream your favorite movies. With keyless entry, there is no need to worry about keys! You will be thrilled with these luxurious accomodations for your family!

THE PROPERTY: Phoenix VIII offers a family friendly experience. Amenities include free wireless internet and cable TV. Our large outdoor pool has a waterfall with lounge chairs and umbrellas. For safety, there is a fenced in kiddie pool area with a gazebo. You have access to the barbeque grills, half-court basketball, pickle ball court with nets and lighted tennis courts. Indoors there is a separate heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, sauna and restrooms accessible from the pool area. Enjoy direct access to our beautiful white sand beach and spend some time with your toes in the sand! To keep sandy toes clean, there is an outdoor shower area on the boardwalk. An ice machine is provided in the lobby along with vending machines for drinks and snacks. At a charge, an electric vehicle (EV) 40-amp dual-head fast charger is available located near the guest parking. Security cameras are active around the property and in the elevators. We have the same amenities as the larger complexes but with our low density building you have room to spread out and enjoy yourself!

THE AREA: Explore the jetties at Perdido Pass, relax on the beach or lounge by the pool. Wind down your evening watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico, then take advantage of the many local restaurants for dinner, Cobalt, Cosmos, GT's on the Bay, Big Fish, The Gulf or OSO at Bear Point. Enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores or San Roc Cay across the street. You are close to The Wharf where you will find wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and a movie theatre. Visit OWA Amusement Park for thrill rides or a waterpark adventure. Take advantage of local golf, parasailing, jet ski rentals, dolphin cruises, charter fishing and much more!

Beautiful condo & great location!
The condo has been renovated from top to bottom in all rooms. It is very nice & well done. It was clean, beautiful, relaxing, & had a beautiful view of sunset from the couch, not just the balcony or standing inside. The kitchen was well stocked & had more than any kitchen I've seen in any rental! Sea South communicated great and checked in on us. We found standing dirty water in the bottom of the dishwasher while loading it for the 1st time & they walked us through running a cycle to clear it & that worked. Phoenix 8 is an older building, but has the basics & no crowds. The gym was old, tiny, & didn't have much. Our family lifts, so we easily drove about 20 minutes away to a gym that had what we wanted. My only complaints (not deal breakers) are: 1) the dishwasher had a funny smell initially bc of the standing water. 2) some of our clothes had a funny smell after drying them. 3) besides the basic checkout duties, we had to have all dishes cleaned & put away before leaving at 10am, not just put in a started dishwasher, plus sweep all the sand from inside & balcony. That was difficult with a family of 5 doing last minute packing up & breakfast. We were hand washing at the last second because the dishwasher took over 2 hours so we couldn't run it the morning of. We've rented a lot of places at the beach & around the country and never had to do this. We didn't bring much sand in the condo, but having to sweep just seemed like much when we were paying $199 for cleaning fees.

I loved this property. The lobby was a lil out dated if you ask me so I was skeptical about the unit until I opened the door. It's literally breath taking. Communication was clear and direct. The unit is equipped with everything from cooking appliances, utensils, extra towels and blankets....you will not be disappointed. Easily sleeps 10 people. It was super clean. Im very ocd but I made a good choice. Book it now

The condo is gorgeous! Bathrooms and kitchen all updated. Nice floors. The pools also very nice and we loved the view!

Absolutely perfect stay. Gorgeous condominium unit with modern and fresh upgrades. Small low density building with the right amount of amenities. Sea South was a pleasure to deal with and we will certainly book again next year!
