Great condo

This is a spacious Floorplan with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. It has great views and has grocery stores nearby. The only issues we had were outside the control of the owners (the family pool was being worked on leaving the one open pool somewhat crowded).

Excellent homeowner, convenient location

We were in St. George for soccer tournaments. The property fulfilled all of our needs- beds were comfortable, appliances worked, showers and allllll the tons of mirrors were clean, TV worked, arcade machine for kids was a hit, door code had no problems. Our only issue was a less-than-thorough vacuum job by the cleaners before arrival, probably due to the vacuum being too full and not maintained. My husband cleaned it out and re-vacuumed. Jeremy was excellent to communicate and work with. He wanted to make up for the overlook and refunded some of our stay to make up for our efforts. He also said he'd make sure it wasn't an issue in the future, so I dont imagine it would be for others. Everything else was very clean. The kids played in the adult pool and hot tub in the complex and had a blast. The main pool was closed and empty for renovation, which would've been nice to know beforehand. However there were so many families there this weekend that everyone was in the adult pool and hot tub and no one seemed to care, so it worked out! Now if the complex would just allow grills for the condos!

Great Location for the Huntsman World Senior Games.

The condo worked great for 5 girls! We still had unused beds. The living area and back patio were nice gathering places to relax after a day of playing volleyball. The kitchen was a nice size and the dining room accommodated all of us! We accidentally left clothes in the dryer and Jeremy notified me right away and we were able to retrieve the lost items before we left town that day! Great hosts and nice place to stay, centrally located!

Great condo

The property was great, one of the best condos we’ve rented. The clubhouse had so many fun options, and the arcade in the unit was a hit with the kids. I missed a message from the host telling me the unit number but I was able to figure it out quickly and Jeremy got back to me in a timely matter. We will definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Family Stay

We had a quick 4 days, 3 night stay for spring break. This property was comfortable, clean, roomy, and in a great location. Check-in process was easy and communication was quick and great too! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again sometime.

Comfortable and relaxing

The owners are very responsive. Condominium has everything you want. We enjoyed the pool and shuffle board. Beds are comfortable and living room is too. The video arcade games were fun. Thank you!

Great stay

Overall a fantastic experience! Clean and conveniently located. Only downside was no internet for the first couple of days but owner was super responsive and was able to fix the issue the day after the Thanksgiving holiday. Would stay there again!

Good value for the price, could be great

This would be a 5 star value if it included some basic amenities: no soap and shampoo in the showers being the biggest disappointment. As it is though this was a great value for families at the price on a soccer tournament weekend. Could probably use an aesthetic upgrade but honestly, I would rather pay less and not have it look perfectly modern. The kids LOvED the arcade.

Great family getaway

This property is not the most updated, but it was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We were able to go to Tuacahn and Snow Canyon and into town easily from this location. Our kids loved the racquetball and tennis and swimming pool and the house was equipped with everything we needed and the kids loved the cocktail table 2-person arcade and had a lot of fun playing vintage games on it. Only improvement I would suggest are black out curtains or blinds for the rooms because the sun rose early and it was very bright and tough to sleep in if you are planning on that. Overall, owners were very easy going and easy to communicate with and we would stay there again.

Fantastic property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - super easy check-in and out. Comfortable furniture / beds etc. Ice cold A/C to keep cool. Loved it and would stay again.

Quiet and clean

We loved our stay! It was comfortable, quiet and very clean! It had all the amenities we needed. The pool was great! It is in a good part of town, close to downtown and shopping, but far enough away so it felt quiet and relaxing. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you!
