This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has been updated throughout and offers a spacious backyard with private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ and outdoor dining!
The Sea Shack's location can't be beat! With direct access to the beach path and short walk to Pine Avenue, guests will enjoy island dinning, boutiques, and the Anna Maria Island City Pier. Nearby trolley stops provide an easy way to traverse the length of the island, putting additional beaches, shopping, and dining three miles south in Holmes Beach within reach.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. Beautiful Place

We stayed 6 nights. Enjoyed the location. Close to beach and walking distance to most everything. Restaurants were all good. Some busier than others. Only suggestions would be to have the furniture upgraded. Not comfortable for 4-60+’s. The kingsize beds were lacking in comfort. Sags in the middle. Everything else was as expected and good. Would definitely book again!

Great location

Home is located very close to beach which we enjoyed everyday. The pool and hot tub where fun late in the day and evenings. The pool pump and spa shut down around 8 o’clock but it’s stays warm for hours after. The beds are very comfortable. TVs are easy to use, home has complete instruction and information package. Yes the area is quiet and very relaxing. We would stay again.

Steps from the beach

This house was just fantastic. My husband and I feel like we got spoiled and we won’t be able to find another property like this in the future when we visit Anna Maria again (hopefully this property is available and at a reasonable price since I think it is a newer property). Home was very clean and welcoming (bright and airy). Pool and spa were wonderful and a welcome hang out in the January weather since the ocean was super cold. The pool alarm was also fantastic and made us feel safe to be alerted if one of our littles got out the back door without our knowledge. The neighborhood was very quiet and dark so you could actually take in the night sky and stars without the interruption of big condo buildings and bright street lights. When I say it was steps from the beach… I’m not exaggerating- a private access to the beach that made us feel incredibly special and made it easy to travel back and forth so we didn’t have to pack a ton of items when we went to the beach. There was only a few things I wish were different. I wish they had a dishwasher - we were prepared and knew there wasn’t one but once we were doing dishes, our mental preparation didn’t help. I wish they would provide disposable plates or replace the pull out trash with a small dishwasher and put the trash and recycling in the pantry. I also wish there was a light by the outside table - we love eating outside for dinner and we couldn’t because it was too dark. In the grand scheme of things, those items weren’t even a blip on our radar and our getaway was perfect. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Getaway

My family almost cancelled this trip last minute because e had a house fire the week before and lost almost everything. We decided to go and make the best of it- and this place was perfect! It was SO close to the beach access. We didn't have an umbrella or any beach accessories so it was nice to be able to easily walk out and back all day. The backyard and pool were a dream! While the pool alarm was a trigger for me and we were terrified to set it off while our toddler was sleeping- it actually ended up being a joke/game and we enjoyed the extra safety measure. The proximity to restaurants and outings was superb- we honestly don't have anything negative to say (except we hate doing dishes so a dishwasher would have been nice- but no biggie!). My little family just really needed a stress free/relaxing week before returning to the chaos and that was exactly what we got! The size of the place was just right. The beds were so comfy (and we needed that)! All in all we couldn't have asked for anything better- thank you for sharing your paradise with us!
