The sleeping arrangements while stunning are outshined by the four living areas spread across all levels of the home. Entertaining in the spacious kitchen and dining room will be an ease with more than enough dining room and bar seating. Just off the kitchen and laundry room is a 3-season sitting area as well as a bonus room located above the garages.

This home offers all of the extracurricular activities needed to entertain every age including fooseball, pool, and shuffleboard. Coupled with kayaks provided by StayLakeNorman, entertainment will not be a problem. A brand new 2 tier private dock with a serene sitting area is on property for you to enjoy through all seasons.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
