Recently remodeled studio with all the cool and modern amenities! Not only are you one mile from LeConte Center, Cal Ripken Baseball Parks, The Island but also the heart of Pigeon Forge! In the woods but close to the action!

You will have a fully private studio with beautiful walk-in shower, 42” flat screen smart TV, mini-kitchen for meal prep & a 10” memory foam mattress platform bed. A full den with a sleeper sofa for the kiddos and their own flat screen smart TV too.

Guests have full access to their own private units with keyless entry. (Code will be a available upon confirmation of reservation). Laundry room is available with front loading washer and dryers that are coin operated and open with code access 24 hours. Code will be in check in instructions. Coin changer on site.

Bring your personal items and let us provide you with efficient and safe living while in Pigeon Forge.

We do not have an on-site office. Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.

Please be aware we do not provide daily housekeeping or provide additional toilet paper/trash bags during your stay. We provide two rolls per bathroom and a two trash bags in kitchen. Please prepare should you have extended stays.

We are less than 3 miles from Dollywood and one mile from The Island. We set between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd. You’ll find the location to be both convenient with a nice park-like setting. The brand new Food City is just a minute away. You will find this location off the beaten path but so close to all the action.

We have a zero tolerance policy for unlawful activity which includes any illegal drug activity. We have a clean, safe and appealing community to call home and want to keep it that way. We stand behind our philosophy of “If you see something, say something!”

The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of Pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. It is extremely rare to have this occur at night or weekends. The convenience of the location outweighs the potential for this odor.

Would not stay again. Do not recommend for groups larger than 2.

The property was accurately described, however, during our stay there was a metallic grinding sound that went off every 40-60 minutes. This sound was in the living room area and woke up the guest staying on the pull out couch throughout every night. I notified the host after our first evening and proceeded to have communication every day, multiple times throughout our 4 night stay. Several times I had to repeat information in my messages in order to troubleshoot. This issue was not resolved. I had believed the sound to be coming from the keyless entry because of its volume and forcefulness. After our stay I was informed it was coming from an air freshener located in the room and it could have been turned off. This could have been avoided if addressed on the first day, as I had requested, but message was ignored and host did not visit the property until after our departure. They made sure to let me know they paid $75 to bring a locksmith to the property though. It was frustrating. The amount of communication required during my vacation and poor sleeping conditions did not make for a pleasant experience. I would not recommend the property for a group that would use both the bedroom and common space for sleeping.

Affordable Place for 2 but not for 3 or 4

When we arrived we noticed the converted motel was renovated nicely for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom area, however the living room area (which is supposed to sleep the other 2 people (up to 4) was severly lacking on comfort and reasonability. Even with my teenage son who can mostly sleep anywhere the pull out sofa was so old and the pad was so thin that you could feel the springs when you would lay on it. We tried it for 3 nights of the 4 and had to call it quits on the last night. The manager was very accommodating (giving us a no penalty last night refund after we decided to cancel one of the last nights) however this should never really be an issue -- the sofa bed was probably 30 years old and is in much need of replacement...even adding a memory foam topper would probably improve things greatly but honestly it just needs to be replaced. Also not mentioned is that this facility is very close to a landfill and in the evening you can certianly smell it which definitely takes away from the enjoyment of this secluded property.

Nice

This property was very clean and has been renovated well from what looks like an old motel. Just know that the rentals are very small indeed. The kitchenette has a toaster oven coffee maker and a two hub burner. It is located very conveniently to the main strip in Pigeon Forge which is only five minutes away.

The great smokies!

the overall experience was great. All the attractions are very close, but still off the main grid. Which is exactly what I prefer. It is near a landfill, so its a lil smelly in the morning. But nothing too extreme.
