Positioned right in the heart of Isle of Palms, this second-floor villa is located just steps from a private beach, private fishing pier, shopping, dining, and entertainment. With a breathtaking panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, this unit's private balcony also overlooks the community pool and beautiful natural dunes. Located just off the IOP Connector, making a trip to Mount Pleasant or Downtown Charleston is easy and stress free. Discounts available for full week bookings, and long-term stays welcome during the winter months!

Decorated with relaxation and enjoyment in mind, this unit is one of the most economical vacation rentals available on the IOP and is perfect for a small family, a romantic getaway, or maybe just some much needed quiet time for yourself. Sleeping four comfortably, there is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, one built-in twin-like bed (24" x 72") in the hallway, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Four (4) adults max.

Fully equipped kitchenette, with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, allows the flexibility to cook and dine in after a long day in the sun or out sightseeing Charleston. Plenty of room for storage in bedroom closet and on shelf in hallway. Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels provided for your convenience. Initial supply of toiletries and paper products such as shampoo, toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, and trash bags also included. Wall mounted, flat-screen TVs in living room and bedroom, air conditioning, free parking for one car, access to coin-operated laundry facility, access to private pier/beach/community pool all included.

The Sea Cabins complex offers FREE wireless internet. The password and login instructions will be provided upon arrival. As with any complex-wide internet, we cannot guarantee access, nor provide support for devices.

Contactless check-in/check-out with coded door lock. Check-in is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 11:00 am. Due to the cleaning process, early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless owner is contacted and approves.

- Unit is 490 square feet, no more than 4 adults, or 3 adults and 2 young children.
- There are no elevators in the Sea Cabin complex, access to this 2nd floor unit is via stairs only - 24 steps.
- Pets are NOT permitted.
- NO Smoking in the unit 🚭 AND NO Smoking on the balcony 🚭

- Golf carts NOT permitted due to limited parking

Depending on the plan you choose, travel insurance can build peace of mind by providing emergency medical assistance, financial reimbursements for covered situations such as illness, cancellations, postponements and other unforeseen setbacks. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October. Travel insurance is key!

Greatest Place in Isle of Palms
First, before talking about the property, I want to say that the owner Trish has got to be the nicest VRBO owner I have ever dealt with. I will always stay at her place when in Isle of Palms simply because of her. Very prompt at all communication, very kind and accommodating. The condo itself is super cute, right on the beach and convenient to everything in the area. There is absolutely not a single negative that I can think of. Isle of Palms is a beautiful place with great beaches, great restaurants and great shopping. We have been coming here for years, often to drop the boat in at IOP marina and go fishing for the day. Trish's condo will be the new go-to spot when it fits the schedule. I am so happy that we found her and her place.

Good stay
Nice clean unit. Only fault was that there was no bath soap and the dryers in the coin laundry weren't working. Other than that very enjoyable.

Perfect weekend getaway!
This condo was right on the beach with an ocean view. Loved not having to worry about finding a spot to park (lot is first come first service but never an issue) and not having to pay a meter either :) The condo was so thoughtfully done and I really appreciated all the little touches. It’s a small space but was perfect for the two of us for the weekend. Comfy, cozy, clean and walkable to all the bars, shops, and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay!

Between the beach, the harbor, and Downtown, along with county parks, water activities, festivals, markets, concerts, historic hotspots, scenic destinations, restaurants, etc., there is always something to do! What I think sets us apart from most other IOP vacation rentals is that our unit is locally owned, operated, and managed.
