Opéra 1 - Lovely brand new studio next to Opéra

Situated in one of the liveliest and most central area in Lyon, at the heart of Lyon's Presqu'île, you will relax and enjoy your stay in this freshly renovated 26m² apartment located on the ground floor, at the heart of a historic building right next to the Opera.

You will enjoy a comfortable 160X190 bed with its HD TV, a work table, a nice fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a 2 persons dining table. You will find a great bathroom as well, with a shower and toilets.

WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional anti-COVID cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

IMPORTANT : a 500€ credit card deposit will be requested prior to your stay . There will be no possibility to have access to the apartment if the deposit wasn't paid before the stay begins. Thanks for your understanding.
