Step into our coastal retreat that caters to both kids and adults. Whether you're practicing putts in the front yard or basking in the Seaworld-adjacent views from our expansive deck, there's something here for everyone. And with San Diego's renowned beach less than a mile away, you've got the best of both worlds!

Upon arrival, the front yard putting green sets the tone for fun. As you step into our freshly renovated haven, you're immediately welcomed into a world of comfort and style. A large living area with a cozy fireplace and wet bar opens to a fully-equipped kitchen. The adjoining deck is perfect for alfresco dining, BBQs, and enjoying stunning views of SeaWorld, complete with nightly fireworks.

The fun continues downstairs in the game room, featuring shuffleboard, air hockey, arcade games, and direct access to the lush backyard. Here, the swimming pool (depth 3.5ft to 8ft, additional charge for heating) and fire pit await, surrounded by tranquil greenery.

Our home comfortably sleeps guests in five beautifully appointed bedrooms: three upstairs with queen beds (one includes an ensuite bathroom) and two downstairs (one with a queen bed and another with twin bunk beds).

Enjoy the ease of 2 tandem parking spaces in our driveway, with additional parking available across the street. Ocean Beach's sandy shores are just a 12-minute walk away.

A full-time tenant resides in our detached garage/studio. We ask for your respect for their space and noise considerations, especially at night. In addition, they have a designated parking spot in the front next to the driveway (which is clearly marked) so be sure not to block it when you park.

Please be aware of the additional charge for pool heating. To ensure a harmonious relationship with our neighbors, parties are not permitted. For groups of 11 or more, prior permission is required. We invite you to enjoy our home and treat it with the same care as you would your own.

A great family house!

We stayed for 4 days in this property with our 5 children, ranging in age from 10 to 14. This house had everything to keep them entertained! The pool is just as spacious and amazing as it looks in the pictures. Aside from that, the air hockey was a huge hit too. The house is very conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in town. Close to the beach, Petco Park and shopping and dining. The host was responsiveness and friendly and the house is very well stocked with all of the essentials. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit next summer. Thank you!

Exactly What We Wanted

This house was exactly what we wanted for our long weekend in San Diego. We fit 9 people very comfortably, and the house was spacious, clean, and cute. The backyard is fantastic, with the pool being even better than we thought it would be (and not too cold, even though we didn't heat it). If you're bothered by noise, it is close to the airport so you can hear the planes a bit, but it didn't bother us. And on Saturday night we got a peek at the Seaworld fireworks from the back deck. I would highly recommend this property to bigger groups who want to explore San Diego, but still spend a good amount of time lounging in the backyard like we did. And communication was great with the owner; he always responded quickly and answered any questions we had.

As amazing as the house is, for anyone visiting San Diego the location cannot be beat. From the house it is a:

3 minute drive to the beach. It is also about a 12 minute walk if you prefer to get in some exercise
8 minute drive to Sea World
3 minute drive to Ocean Beach (can walk here as well). Ocean Beach is 9 square blocks of restaurants, boutiques, and bars, all right next to the sand.
4 minute drive to Point Loma. Another bayside area full of restaurants, shops and bars.
14 minute drive to downtown
7 minute drive to the airport

This house was built to give visiting travelers the best San Diego experience possible. You won't want to leave!

Guest access
You will have 2 tandem parking spaces in the main driveway. You're in the heart of Ocean Beach, and can walk to the actual beach in 12 minutes.

Other things to note
There is a full-time tenant in the detached garage/studio.

You should not notice them during your stay, but please be respectful with noise at night in addition to the fact that he has a designated parking spot in front (which is clearly marked).

Please note there is an additional charge if you want to heat the pool.

Parties will not be permitted. If you have 11 guests and plan to invite more than 11 people, you must get permission beforehand. We like our neighbors and want to be respectful! We know you are coming to have a good time -- we just ask that you treat the home as your own!
