This house, located in Ombrée d'Anjou, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 12 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden.
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed, and 1 including 2 single beds The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a shower. A separate toilet is available
The house features a dressing room, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, ironing equipment and a fan.
Note that bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 40 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 0.6 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Please bring your own towels.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property. You can come with 1 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 30€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
1 electric heater. There is a toilet on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The accommodation is a "furnished tourism" with 2 stars. Additional cost for heating to pay on site at the price of 6€ .
