Cathedral ceilings in main room with open plan kitchen, dining (!0-person table) and living area with blue pot-belly stove, and gorgeous sunroom south facing onto deck. Designer furniture from Ligne Roset and Lago, Samsung and Miele appliances, Nespresso machine, use of two bicycle allowed. Lovely wrap-around outdoor deck with rocking chairs and smoker/BBQ Traeger grill.
Outside you will find a wrap-around deck with several seating areas: Adarondak / lounging chairs near the entrance, a 10-person outdoor dining table, and a sofa/lounge area near the pool.
The heated saline pool is 18x38 with a black liner, and can be heated via wifi controller and is surrounded by a gorgeous new sandstone patio with 4 pool chair loungers and another sofa area. Beach towels included!
