- 1.2 km from the ski lifts,
- 50 m from the free skibus shuttle stop (shuttle in winter and summer)
- 250 m from the city center
- 500 m from the tourist office

Cleaning and linen are not included in this reservation: You must come with your own linen and You must clean thoroughly upon departure so as to leave the accommodation clean and welcoming for the next traveler. (Thanks in advance for them!)

These services are offered as an option. To book directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis:
- Cleaning: €60.
- Rental of linen: €25 per person.
NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the accommodation description. The beds are equipped with duvets and square pillows (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240)

ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED?
A maximum of one dog can be accepted on request and under 3 conditions:
- Travelers must remove hair upon departure (= You will need to pass
The vacuum cleaner – even if you have the cleaning option)
- They are forbidden from sofa, bed, armchair etc...
- They cannot stay alone in the apartment.
- Cats are not accepted
It may sound harsh, but we've had too much abuse. thank you for your
understanding.

GOOD TO KNOW, ACCOMMODATION RULES et CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Departure time is 10 a.m. maximum
- If end-of-stay cleaning is included, it does not include cooking (dishes,
refrigerator, furniture, etc.), trash cans to be thrown away and, where applicable, cleaning of
the fireplace (windows and ashes)
- Don't forget your checkbook if you plan to leave a security deposit (no
cashed)
- Basic equipment not in the inventory: Fondue machine, electric barbecue/plancha, high chair, freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, travel cot, mixer/blender/robot, hair dryer, Wifi
- Possible nuisance: the road from the Balcony

/!\ We are unable to provide: shampoo, dishwashing liquid,
Oil vinegar salt, pepper and cleaning products (there will be what the previous one
traveler will have left and so on)
