Featuring a tasteful and original decoration allying vintage and industrial elements, the property is particularly spacious and benefits from several delightful terraces set around a 5 x 3 metre overflow swimming pool with an alarm.
It includes a spacious double living/reception room with a study, a sitting room, two dining areas, a professional kitchen and a veranda. All open onto terraces. The ground floor also comprises a double bedroom with a shower room, and a second shower room.
Upstairs are a suite with a bathroom (accessed by a steep staircase), and four double bedrooms each with a shower room (accessed by means of a second staircase). Two benefit from possible exterior access.
All of the bedrooms are air conditioned.
Please note that the staircases pose a risk for young children.
