This condominium is everything that you would want when visiting Boulder. There are dozens of lovely stores and exquisite restaurants on Pearl Street. There are bands that play and quaint coffee shops, street artists and lots of color among a most beautiful town which is centered around nature. The downtown has a remarkable amount of energy and opportunities of all kinds to entertain, however this can get loud down town. Well not at the condo which is across from some of the nicest trails in Boulder and away from the crowds. 5 minutes away in a little enclave with 7 other condos that have a lovely little garden as a center. The nights are quiet and in the morning you can go for a hike or a run and then walk over to get a nice coffee or breakfast at one of the many quality restaurants only a five minute walk away. Everything is at your tippy fingers.
The condo itself is two floors and one and a half bathroom. The first floor has the half bathroom a small kitchen, the the dining room and living room. Upstairs you will find the bedrooms, bathroom and a small home office area with a standing desk that can be fitted to sit and laundry facilities.
