A few meters between the National Assembly (Le Palais Bourbon), the Musée d'Orsay (6 minutes on foot), and the Tuileries Garden (7 minutes on foot).
The Eiffel Tower will be at your feet after a nice 25-minute walk.

It is "Au Bon Marché Rive Gauche", one of the Parisian institutions, located in a quadrilateral surrounded by rue de Sèvres, rue de Babylone, rue du Bac and rue Velpeau in the 7ᵉ arrondissement, that you will stroll, shop, and enjoy French gastronomy.
Here it is all the French gastronomy that will be offered to you with its gourmet grocery store, its restaurants and boutiques of today's fashion designers.

The apartment is designed as follows:
26m2 studio
The sleeping area is isolated from the main room which is on the street side.
It is on a mezzanine on which there is a double bed of 160X190 that you will sleep.
In the main room there is a 140X190 sofa bed, perfect for 2 children, or one adult. We accept two adults on the sofa bed but we don't recommend it.

A kitchenette is at your disposal.
A shower room with sink.
A separate W.C.

We do not accept arrivals on December 25, January 1, and there is a supplement of 85€ for arrivals between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. on site.
We do not accept arrivals after 11 p.m. on site.
