Good neighbors: This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and complaints from neighbors means you will be asked to vacate without a refund. No smoking or vaping of any kind, no parties, events or extra guests. Violation of rules will results in a $500 fine + additional cleaning fees will be charged, and you may be asked to evacuate immediately without a refund. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Up to 2 dogs of any size are welcome for an additional fee of $100 per dog per stay. Pets must be named at the time of booking to avoid a request to pay applicable fees and/or damages and vacate immediately. Cats are not permitted - we love them but are highly allergic. Exotic animals and reptiles are not allowed.
