Daffodil Hill is nestled on a quiet street near Apple Valley's public golf course. This location is ideal for golfers, families, and anyone looking to get away. Working remotely? We have fast Wi-Fi so you are free to enjoy all Apple Valley and the surrounding community has to offer! Family-friendly amenities are available including a portable crib, baby gate, toys, and high chair. So come stay awhile and relax at Daffodil Hill!



This tastefully decorated home has an open floor plan, brand-new furnace and A/C, keyless entry, laundry, modern appliances, fast Wi-Fi, and smart TVs.



The lower level features a full bathroom, sleeping area and a bonus room with a small air hockey table and board games. All other rooms are up on the main level.



The back yard features a deck, brand-new Char-Broil gas grill, playset, fire pit and recently-upgraded hot tub.



An outdoor security camera is installed near the front door, and a noise monitoring device is installed near the kitchen (measures dB level only).



Although many Apple Valley amenities are for resident only, the golf course is open to the public and there are plenty of other fun things to do nearby!



Ariel-Foundation Park in Mount Vernon (25 min), Kenyon College (15 min), Honey Run Waterfall (20 min), Mohican State Park (20 min), Kokosing River (15 min), Indian Bear Winery (30 min), and Amish Country are all mere moments away.



Please be careful in the back yard. The hill can be steep in places and gets quite muddy and slick when wet. Also, please drive slowly as there are many deer and possibly children in the roadway.



While do not currently have standard cable service hooked up to the TV, it does have Hulu, Netflix, etc., that you can sign in and use.



Certain supply closets may be locked and the garage is currently off limits to guests.



To ensure the comfort of our guests, we do our best to proactively treat and prevent pests from entering the home. However, we are out in the wilderness near a lake so even with those measures in place you may still see signs of bugs or field mice, particularly on the lower level.
