Or you can simply stretch out in front of the fireplace in your cozy villa and let your thoughts melt away.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Mountain Run at Boyne are Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) and Pellston Regional (PLN) which are 57 and 36 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at Mountain Run at Boyne, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Parking on site, no charge, one space for one or two bedroom villa, two spaces for three bedroom villa. Additional overflow parking available.

We are a cashless resort. Checks or cash are not accepted at Guest Services. Please note that a major credit card is required at check-in for deposit authorization.

Access to the Clock Tower Outdoor Pool at Boyne Mountain Resort is currently unavailable, due to capacity restrictions.

At check in we encountered a problem with duration of our reservation. Initially we were being asked to change rooms several times during our 2 week stay. Ultimately that issue and the issue with the duration of our stay was resolved

Boyne Mountain Condo Rental 0NHKB I have taken 24 hours to think about what has happened with our condo rental yesterday. Whatever the reason for our room being cancelled yesterday we have a real problem with how all of this was set up and followed through with. We drove 11 hours to stay at this resort and ski with our family, at no time were we notified of the cancellation of our condo. In fact, we received a text confirmation on Wednesday 2/15 (the day before check-in) with final details of what to do at check-in. So we arrived at around 3 pm on Thursday and we did not find out that we did not have a room until 6 pm that we had no chance of getting a room. So now we are stuck 11 hours away from our house with no room and no way of getting another room. 1. I don't understand the huge disconnect between you and the resort. The resort could not tell me what was going on and you guys had no idea what was going on. How is that possible. 2. How did you not know the room had been cancelled and informed us of this info. I don't see how it is possible that this could have happened. We paid in full, the money for the reservation was taken out of our bank account, and at no point did we receive any info about something going wrong until we drove all the way to our destination. Your RESPONSE 4 hours later was just as confusing. If you have deals with people and the dates that are agreed to then how can they back out? If they do back out how do you not know about it. 3. The fact that we could not talk to anyone and had to wait almost 4 hours for an answer to what was going on left us in a state of limbo and no direction in figuring out what to do. While emailing with your representatives, I asked multiple times if I could speak with someone over the phone and the request fell on deaf ears. Now it is 6 o'clock and we are left high and dry and your best answer was we will refund your money. Well that is to be expected but what about holding up your end of the deal and having a place for my family to stay? If things like this happen then you should have back up plans in order to handle issues like this. 4. Although for the two rooms we booked, we received two confirmation emails confirming both rooms from February 16th to the 20th, the only room that was available was booked from the 16-18th and the 18th-20th. Still waiting on phone call!
