The superior villa has a magnificent view of the bay of Santa Giulia, approximately 900 meters from the beach, restaurants and water activities, air-conditioned, it consists of:
A living room with convertible sofa bed (110 x 190 cm) - 3 bedrooms with 2 beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be converted into a double bed - 2 bathrooms with shower - 2 separate toilets - A kitchen fully equipped open to the living room (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, toaster, combined refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave) - A garden.
It is also equipped with a barbecue, an LCD TV, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board, a safe, garden furniture and free Wi-Fi. .
Location: Our 3-bedroom superior villa is located in the Paese village, approximately 900 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the residence's heated swimming pool.
Obligatory tourist tax: €1 per day and per adult.
Extras (by reservation) not included in the rates, to be paid upon arrival:
- Rental of household linen (sheets + towels): included.
- Baby bed: €10 per day
- Beach towel: €10 per sheet.
- Intermediate cleaning package: €150.
- Late arrival (after reception opening hours): €20
- Animal only admitted on request: €20 per animal per day.
