Great property and location
Property description and photos are very representative. Great home with large kitchen, dining, and living area. Appears to have been recently remodeled with great appliances. Each bedroom is its own suite with comfortable king bed and awesome showers. We have stayed in a variety of properties in Savannah and this was first with a dedicated, off street parking spot. It was great to know you had a place to park without circling blocks and probably even better not worrying about which day of week street cleaning occurs so you don't get a ticket for parking on wrong side of the street. The outside seating area and grill were a nice surprise. Property is at eastern edge of historic district and is an easy walk to central historic area and river street. A small coffee shop is literally less than a minute away. No complaints/concerns and would definitely stay again if have the opportunity.

Amazing location
We had a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back! The host was extremely helpful and very informative! The house was in an amazing location and it was an easy walk anywhere. The layout of the house was perfect and everything was very clean.

Plenty of space with three very comfortable en suite bedrooms for some alone time at the end of the day. Very clean. Owners were very responsive - we had a smoke alarm start beeping the first evening, one text and a maintenance person was there at 8:30 the next morning. Within walking distance of downtown. Would stay there again without question.

Perfect getaway
We were visiting Savannah for the first time as three couples. House is even more beautiful than the pictures. Every bedroom has a comfortable king bed with amazing pillows and it’s own modern bathroom. Location is ideal, easy walks to restaurants, shopping and river walk. The owners were very responsive. Any question or issue was immediately addressed. We’ve stayed at many homes and this was right up at top of the list! Highly recommend. We’d definitely stay again, no hesitation.

The advantage of the Whitman collection is it allows the buyer to choose where and what part of that Savannah history that they want to be in the middle of.

The next destination of Whitman Holdings is the Whitman Cottages in St. Augustine, Florida.

The Whitman Cottages of St. Augustine are a collection of cottages dating back to the early settlement of the St. Augustine that have been fully renovated into two bedroom cottages under the supervision of the St. Augustine Historical Preservation Board. The cottages include full kitchens, recently renovated bathrooms, washers, dryers and flat screen TVs with individual internet service.

The cottages also include a parking space per bedroom, a three bedroom house available for rent that can be used for larger family memories, and the courtyard of the cottages has a pool available for guest recreation.
The cottages are within easy and walking distance to downtown St. Augustine plus close proximity to other services and stores expected from a premier vacation ownership location.
