This villa has open dining and living space with ample space and seating to take in the golf course views. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers most anything you’ll need to make your favorite meals. The villa has 2 bedrooms. The master en suit has a king bed with views of the Harbour Town Golf Course. The second bedroom has a king bed and a connecting bathroom. The back porch is perfect for enjoying coffee or relaxing after a great day at the beach or playing golf. A gas grill is available for guest use.

THE AREA: The villa is located in Harbourwood Villas within The Sea Pines Resort. The beach, shopping, dining, local entertainers, water sports, horseback riding, golf, tennis, lagoons, wild life, nature preserves, South Beach Marina and Harbour Town are all located a short walk or bike ride away from the home. Come and enjoy all that Sea Pines Plantation have to offer, making this the perfect vacation. During season there is a complimentary trolley that transports guests to the attractions within the Sea Pines Resort.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 1.5 miles away from the beach and quickly accessible by way of walking/bike path. The free Beach Trolley shuttle is also a great seasonal option.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING: Onsite parking at the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at The Shops at Sea Pines Center. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.
