Six people will have lots of space to sleep here. On the main floor, you'll have the master bedroom, hall bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room area. Tahoma offers access to beautiful beaches, biking and hiking as well as being minutes away from the Chambers Landing Bar and Grill, which is located next to a nice sandy public beach. Or venture a few miles south to Sugar Pine Point State Park to enjoy fishing, sandy beaches, historic tours and more hiking trails. In winter you will enjoy being close to popular ski resorts and snow shoeing trails. We are also only 7 miles from Tahoe City (15 minutes), where you can enjoy more restaurants, beaches and shopping. Parking: Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an usually hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults
