Located in the Konea tower, unit 338 is a luxurious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo featuring an open floor plan and expansive private lanai which overlooks the manicured grounds of the resort. Open the pocket doors and enjoy Maui living at its best! While on the lanai, enjoy a cup of Maui grown coffee while you take in the sights, smells and sounds of paradise. In the evenings, you'll be privy to epic sunsets whether you opt to dine in or out!

Speaking of dining, the gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals and features granite countertops as well as full size stainless steel appliances. Stay cool on those warmer days with ceiling fans and central AC throughout the condo.

Honua Kai K 338 sleeps a total of 4 guests comfortably. The brand new sofa converts to a Queen size sleeper for additional guests. Step inside the bedroom where you'll enjoy tons of natural light, luxurious furnishings and Hawaiian inspired decor. The en suite is so spacious and elegant! With modern finishes you'll enjoy dual sinks, a walk in shower and an oversized soaking tub.

For entertainment, the condo is equipped with 2 flat screen TVs, cable and complimentary WIFI. Also included is a washer and dryer for added convenience. All this plus the perfect Maui location of being just steps to the famous Ka'anapali Beach! You'll never want to leave!!

Honua Kai features a stunning infinity-edge pool with cabanas, aqua loungers, and pool-side beverage and food service. The resort also offers hot tubs, swim-under waterfalls, lazy river, a separate quiet adult pool, sandy bottom pool area with water slide, activity center with rentals, outdoor Viking gas grills, an on-site gourmet market, the famous Duke's restaurant, state of the art fitness center, Ho'ola Spa, underground parking and more.

Perfect condo for a family

The condo is very spacious which was very helpful for a toddler a wide patio. The resort is close to places such as kaanapali beach, whalers village etc which made things very convenient. The resort has lot of pools which was cleanly maintained. Also there is a unlimited free towel service available in the resort which was very useful.

Wonderful stay!

The guest services staff were very responsive whenever I emailed them about the booking or when I encountered issues (only a few) during the stay. The unit was everything as pictured and we were able to cook a few meals. The unit was close to the elevators so we were able to get in and out quickly. My kids loved the pools and made sure to swim at least every day. One tip we learned is that we needed to park in the garage before sundown, otherwise we would have to use valet services if we came in later.

Highly Recommend

Condo was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with basic necessities. There were also several extras (chairs, cooler, ice packs, bucket/shovel) that made beach outings a breeze. The location and resort amenities are fantastic, especially for those with little travelers. Our two and nine year old loved the pools and beach access. Property management was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very Nice Condo in a beautiful development / hotel

Very nice and well condo located in an excellent Hotel/Complex with several pools, great service and parking. The location is perfect, West Maui has the best beaches of the island.

Three Star

Overall, a nice property in a good location. However, there are improvements that could be made. The unit had a moldy smell to it upon entry and the wifi login did not work (last name and unit inputed as requested on the wifi page). I emailed myperfectstays on Friday check in about it, did not hear back, so I emailed on Sunday to follow up. No resolution was made. It did not meet our expectations, especially for the rate that we paid.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We loved the unit and the resort . It was clean, updated, and spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. It was well equipped with everything you would need. We would love to come back and stay in this unit again in the future!

could be better for the price...

We called couple of times for some basic supplies and they promise to bring them the follow day, which never happened or call us to let us know; Listing online should be more details about what it is included to avoid the rental of extra items like chairs, cooler etc... ; The unit was maybe 70% clean, considering the price and location, should not be like this...

Disappointing

We were quite disappointed in our stay at this condo! The sofa bed was uncomfortable and, worse yet, the only blanket for it was a TV blanket that didn’t even cover the whole thing. We could not figure out how to lock the lanai door despite the written instructions. The sliding door between the kitchen and laundry area was broken and couldn’t be closed. The dryer didn’t really seem to work, and any load of clothes had to be run through the cycle about three times before being mostly dry. Cleaning was not great: dead bugs on bedroom windowsill, gross stuff between wall and fridge, glass panels on lanai balcony railings were filthy. Filthy upholstery on bar stools and chairs, dirty carpet. Furniture looks overly used and beat up (eg the pillow on armchair, marks on dining chairs). Tv was quite dated: no streaming services and no ability to AirPlay from our phones. Lots of emphasis on “no sand” in the condo binder but there was no broom, just a dustpan. Although there was some kind of battery-powered vacuum but it didnt work (no battery pack). Disappointing lanai. No shade, no chaise lounges for reading or napping. Construction noise from the neighbouring building was constant. We tried to contact property management regarding these concerns the very day after we checked in. Although they did bring us a broom, there was no response otherwise. We tried emailing guest relations at My Perfect Stay as well as the individual property manager named on our reservation, all to no avail. Lastly, the resort was incredibly crowded this time around, resulting in the pools being very dirty and the hot tub being quite disgusting, complete with a dirty diaper sitting beside it for the entire first day we were there. We will not return to Honua Kai.

This unit was very nice. It had a lot of room for our family and the amenities were nice. The unit is right next to the elevator that takes you straight to the parking garage. Easy access to lobby store and pool area. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful Condo at Honua Kai Resort

My family stayed at this condo for 6 nights and we really loved the location. The resort is very close to a large food truck park that you can walk to in the evenings for dinner which we truly enjoyed. The resort pool is beautiful and we also ate at Dukes the on-site restaurant for lunch and dinner and it was delicious. The unit has a very nice view and was very clean. It came with beach gear but no beach umbrella because it can be very windy in Maui.

Great condo, great location, beautiful resort

We had a great time in the condo during our recent vacation. The location of the condo was perfect, the view of the garden area was great and very private and peaceful. The condo could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival as we found a baby sock in the middle of the floor from the previous guest and the bathroom fixtures did not appear to be wiped down. We were very disappointed to find our hot heater was broke upon our arrival so we had no hot water and could not take showers the first or second night in our room. We had contacted the property management immediately and were very frustrated with the lack of communication and follow up from them. We were very annoyed that it took until mid-day the following day to get an answer or from them to find out when this issue would be fixed. They did get it repaired the next evening and compensated us for 2 days of our stay for our trouble. All in all, we loved the condo and had a great vacation. We would highly recommend this beautiful resort with its amazing pools and beach!

Great vacation spot!

Overall, our stay here at Honua Kai was great! We were a little confused at first because there were two lobbies at Honua Kai and the one we were staying at was a bit of a walk from the guest parking, but the host was more than willing to help us out. Very clean room, great communication, and awesome central location right on the beach! We really enjoyed our time here :)

Great Place to Stay!

This is our second visit to the property and first visit to this unit. We really enjoyed our stay! The property continues to be well taken care of with easy access to a quiet strand of beach. We were very pleased with this unit. It is conveniently located by elevator to garage and outdoors. It’s not too high so quick rides. The lanai looks out to the park next door and it’s very quiet and shady. Overall the unit is in great shape. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Kids slept on pullout couch without complaint. Great WiFi. There are 2 chairs, 2 body boards, 4 beach towels and a cooler for beach trips. Definitely would consider for our next trip to Maui!

Great condo in fabulous location

This condo was clean and ready for our visit. It was equipped with most kitchen needs (would recommend to add grilling tongs). Management company was very responsive and brought hair dryer and bath mat as requested. Washer dryer we’re great to have and owner/mgmt company provided plenty of detergent and dryer sheets. Free parking was simple and convenient. Very pleasant stay.

Family getaway

Great place for family. Great location. Room had boogie boards, beach chairs and a cooler. Pools were a hit, and local snorkeling was great. Loved ordering food and drinks poolside and watching the sunset.
