This beautiful 3 bedroom / 3 bath includes a private pool, large deck, and open concept living with floor to ceiling window on two walls. It is located 14 miles from Liberia International Airport. This gated resort includes private beach access.

THE PROPERTY.
Our newly remodeled villa offers a private pool on a large terrace with patio and multiple seating areas. As you step inside, the large floor to ceiling glass doors bring the outdoors and the indoors together.
Villa amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, outside grill, washer/ dryer, 6 person dining table with an island with seating for 4, outside dining, Wi-Fi, cable, TV, air conditioning in each room, private pool and guest parking.

VILLAS SOL HOTEL & BEACH RESORT
Our guests can enjoy all Villas Sol's Resort amenities, free of charge. The resort is located on the beach and includes two pools and a jacuzzi. There is a game area and scheduled pool activities including pool volleyball, bingo, karaoke, foosball, ping pong, darts and signature Costa Rican cocktail classes. If you prefer not to walk, the resort shuttle transports our guests to the beach or pools and arrives at our villa every 15 minutes. There is a spa and 2 mini markets on site and amazing restaurants on the beach and other favorites right outside the entrance. Villas Sol is a gated resort with 24/7 security. You can also purchase on-site and all inclusive package for your family!

Our Playa Hermosa beach features great swimming, many delicious restaurants with incredible sunsets, live music, massages, pick up for boating adventures, jet ski rentals, kayaking, and more. Outside the gates are additional restaurants, coffee shops, another market and easy morning walks around the neighborhood.
The villa is only a 15-minute drive to Playas del Coco, where you can walk along the beach, find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. The villa is located only 30 minutes from Liberia International Airport.

Just what we needed

The Villa was very clean and well stocked. We did most of our own cooking as a local mini mart is only about a 10 minute walk. The shuttle service on the resort is very convenient, whether you want to pop to the beach or up to the restaurant. Having a private pool made all the difference and once we figured out the evaporation rate and kept a trickle pouring into it from the hose provided it was a sanctuary. A dip before bed became our routine. Heaven Our Krain rep, Byron, went above and beyond to provide help and we felt very well taken care of. We would definitely come back. It was the perfect spot for a friend's reunion.

Excellence!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute request as we had extra guests arriving. What started as a nightmare with another booking agency ended with superior service from Krain. Amazing customer service. Quick replies from the agency to all questions. 5 star service. Now let's talk about the villa! WOW. We were already staying in a Villa a short distance away. When we saw this Villa that our friends were staying in? Amazing. Lots of outdoor space. Lots of seating areas both outside and inside. The closet space is to die for. A short walk to reception and shuttles. A 10 minute walk to the supermarket. A short walk to an amazing restaurant "Gingers". And very close to all of the resorts amenities. Close but not too close. It's a short walk to the beach but it is a short steep walk lol. We love this area. It is not heavily commercialized. Lots of privacy. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa 13 provided us with an unforgettable experience! The private pool, spacious deck, and living areas exceeded our expectations. Despite its proximity to the road, which didn't bother us, the villa's privacy and outdoor space more than compensated for it. Among all the villas, this one had the most beautiful and secluded yard. The master bedroom's en-suite with a king bed and walk-in closet offered luxurious comfort, while the well-equipped kitchen and outdoor grill provided convenient dining options. The private laundry facilities were a nice addition. Although we didn't utilize the resort amenities aside from the beach shuttle, they included access to pools, jacuzzi, and restaurant. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Expect daily visits from raccoons, cats, skunks, possums, and birds, as the villa seems to be on what we fondly call the "critter highway." The proximity to various beaches, towns, and activities made exploring the area effortless. The added benefit of KRAIN Concierges ensured a seamless vacation experience. They were attentive and promptly addressed any questions we had. We highly recommend Villa 13 to anyone seeking an unforgettable retreat in Costa Rica!

Beautiful Property in Resort Community

Property was spacious and outside area was wonderful. We did get nightly visits from Raccoons & morning visits from cats. There is only one TV in the villa in the master bedroom. We did not find any baking sheets, etc for the oven. We found the master bedroom to be very noisy with the proximity to the road. The shuttle service was great. Parking was a bit of an issue though. Beach was gorgeous & great for swimming, paddle boarding etc.
