Summary:
Our sprawling and charming four-bedroom/2 bath home is great for large families or groups looking to be centrally located to all of Denver's best attractions! Amenities such as your own private Pickle Ball Court, Hot Tub, Basketball Hoop, Outdoor Seating, Gas Grill, Corn-hole, Cable TV, a Pack'n Play and High Chair for families, on-site EV Charging station, and a virtual pin ball machine that makes our home a great place to call "Your home away from home"!

The Space:
Inside:
Upon entering, you'll immediately feel right at home with the tasteful decor, natural light, and the open layout living room and kitchen. With plenty of seating, you'll have enough space for larger groups to stretch out when you're staying in and preparing a meal. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the essentials and kitchen tools that you would need for cooking and enjoying a morning cup of joe!
Our sleeping arrangements can accommodate smaller and larger groups alike. With a King bed in the master, 2 Guest rooms w/ a Queen bed in each and the 3rd guest room featuring a bunk bed (double bed at bottom, twin on top, and twin trundle below the double), you'll have multiple options for sleeping your entire family! A bonus additional living room and hang area allows some space to spread out! With 2 bathrooms, a designated desk space and in-house stackable washer and dryer, our home has everything you need to accommodate the many unique and different needs to each family!

Outside:
Our NEWLY installed Pickle Ball Court truly makes our house one of a kind! Enjoy the days on the court, playing basketball, grilling on the back patio and just enjoying Denver's year round enjoyable weather (We do get cold in the winter but don't be shocked too find warm and sunny days in the middle of winter as they do show-up often!). Our spacious backyard has something for everyone, including a great space for the kids and pets to play around in. 3 blocks over we have 2 community playgrounds for the kids to enjoy!

We are walking distance to a few breweries and restaurants but you'll find a 2 minute drive brings you to Tennyson which has an abundance of cafe's, restaurants, boutique shops, and more!

We are minutes from I-70 for easy access to the mountains

Getting Around:
Although some items are in walking distance, we do recommend a car for getting around Denver.

Other Things to Note:
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Maximum occupancy is 10.

We require an additional $1,000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.

We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $125. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats.

There is an electric car charger for use next to our Guest Parking spot. We charge $10 a day to use the charger. Please let us know if you are traveling in an electric vehicle and plan to use the EV charger and we will send a request for payment.

We have a security camera facing the driveway the front door.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
