Looking for a multi-family stay in the heart of Historic Galveston? You won't be disappointed with renting all three units in a newly renovated home. You'll have access to three kitchens, three living rooms and five bedrooms total, as well as three full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. Bring up to 16 people and sleep comfortably with ample room in the morning to get ready for your fun-filled Galveston day!

The layout of each is as follows:

Upper Right Unit – 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms:

THE SPACE – LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN & DINING:

Walking into this 2-bedroom home, you'll be greeted by a very comfortable living area with plenty of seating and light for your family to gather. Sink into the leather couch after a long day or watch the hottest game on the included smart tv!

Adjacent to the living room, there's a splendid dining area and full kitchen that has all the stainless-steel appliances one could ask for including a full refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and stove, as well as a Keurig for those mornings when you need a boost. We’ve also included some k-cups so that you don’t have to run out for them your first day. Here you’ll additionally find an outside porch and stairwell that leads you to the captivating back yard.

Past the kitchen is the full bathroom, half bathroom, and bedrooms.

THE SPACE – BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS

The master bedroom includes one queen poster bed with a view of the backyard, along with a ceiling fan to keep you cool and relaxed. There’s even an extra chair for those times you’d want to steal away in a good book. The second bedroom provides two queen size beds for extra guests to spread out. There’s plenty of natural light in here too as well as a nice-sized closet to hide add any clothes or extra belongings to. No need to bring linens either, we have you covered on that.

There is a full and half bath accessible in this home, so you have ample space to get ready for your days. The full bath includes a lovely renovated stand-up shower too so that you can wash the day away. We’ve also included a full-size washer and dryer so you can lighten your suitcase too!


Upper Left Unit – 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms:

Walking into this 2-bedroom home, you'll be greeted by a very comfortable living area with plenty of seating and light for your family to gather. There's a dining area here as well, and full kitchen ahead of you that has all the gas stainless steel appliances one could ask for including a full refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and stove, as well as a Keurig like the other unit.

The kitchen opens to the full bathroom and hallway as well as the dining and living room area.

THE SPACE – BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS

The master bedroom includes one king bed and a view of the backyard, along with a ceiling fan to keep you cool and relaxed. The second bedroom provides two queen size beds for extra guests to spread out. There is also an air mattress available for extra sleeping in the living room if needed! No need to bring linens either, we have you covered on that.

There is a full and half bath accessible in this home, so you have ample space to get ready for your days. We’ve also included a full-size washer and dryer so you can lighten your suitcase too!

Downstairs Unit – 4 bed studio, 1.5 bathrooms:

THE SPACE – FIRST LEVEL LIVING / KITCHEN & DINING:

As you walk into the studio downstairs, you'll instantly be invited into a comfortable living room & breakfast area with the kitchen to your right. There is plenty of comfortable seating available and a large wi-fi enabled television. The galley style kitchen has ample space for small or large meal preparation, stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig and toaster.

THE SPACE – SAME LEVEL BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS

The bedroom area contains 3 double sized beds and one pull-out that can be found off the living room. There are two bathrooms available, one a half bath and one full bath so everyone can get ready to head down to the beach at once! The full bathroom has a brand-new stand-up shower as well as any linens you’ll need for your stay.

OUTSIDE OF ALL UNITS:

With all units rented, you will have access to all areas of the outside of the property where there is extra seating and a small yard to relax in. Don't forget the outside shower for that pesky sand that came back with you from the beach🙂

We also provide an EV charger plugin for vehicles that need a quick charge!

Whether you want to enjoy your time the night before you depart for a cruise at the Galveston Cruise Terminal (twenty minutes away), enjoy a day at the beach (less than 5 minutes away), take the family over to Moody Gardens or Schlitterbahn (less than five minutes away), or just hang out at home, this location is the place to be!

Pets are welcome but with a fee of 25 dollars per night plus 15 percent taxes

This location is a triplex and has three distinct available locations. For this location guests will have exclusive access to all three units to include the top right and left unit marked 1705 and 1703 respectively as the address as well as the lower left rear studio location located at the left rear of the property. Common areas such as back and front area could be shared by guests if other units are booked during this time.
