The Essaouira Hacienda +villa Complex is a category 1 luxury guest house located 15 minutes from Marrakech airport and 20 minutes from the city center, on the Ourika road. Its construction with Spanish-Moroccan architecture (hacienda) as well as its decoration, mixing Beldi and modern, make it a unique place, a corner of greenery with its numerous palm trees and olive trees at the gates of Marrakech. The area is isolated enough to party in peace and close to Marrakech for those who would like to go out on the town. The large capacity of this 30-room establishment, the 2 swimming pools, the large restaurant and the late-night lounge will allow you to have XXL parties.
At the 150-seat restaurant, you can bring together all your guests for tagine or international dishes tastings
Our late-night room and its 10-meter-long bar and karaoke will be there to keep you partying until the early hours.
We specialize in group stays such as seminars, weddings, family celebrations, product launches, yoga courses and we can be a liaison in the organization of your events.

It offers you the organization of your stay, from your pick-up at the airport to the organization of your theme evenings with all the entertainment you have chosen in order to make your stay unique and unforgettable.
The Essaouira Hacienda villa complex corresponds to the Essaouira Hacienda Estate to which we add a villa which is on the site. The additional villa includes 6 bedrooms and has its own private swimming pool.
The villa will be able to provide a slightly more intimate setting for large gatherings for the organization of a seminar, the bride and groom and close family.
In order to be able to bring together all your guests on the same site for your event, our group has 5 other villas nearby.
The different sleeping capacities of 16, 24,44,52 or 60 people are all available for exclusive rental. It has all European comfort with air conditioning, shower and WC for each room.
The different sleeping capacities of the other Villas added to the Essaouira Villa Hacienda Complex will allow you to bring together 116 people in total without an extra bed. Free shuttles will be offered between the different establishments.
