Unprepared for guest

The place was unprepared for guest. Trash in closets. Dirty blankets and sheets. No dishwasher soap, and dishes in dishwasher. Dirty pool. Fridge was damaged. Lining of fridge wouldnt let you close fridge. Drawers in fridge cracked and missing pieces. Tables in house wasnt wiped down in a while. Draining solution in bathroom on counter. One bedroom was unmade. Trash on top of made beds. Upon arrival, AC was not on. House was reaching 85 degrees. Talked to Host thru Vrbo chat, saying i can talk directly to peoperty manager, but he was notified. Have not heard anything back, and that was 2 days ago. I will be calling Monday.

Property location is perfect for theme parks

This is my 2nd time staying in this property and overall, we love the space it offers and the location. It is very much 'lived in' and could use some updating to paint and furniture, but location alone makes up for all of that. The community pool is great and perfect for a down day.

Fire the Property Management Company

The location and communication with the owner and check-in were great! Family said the beds were comfortable. Once we got inside, it went downhill. We found false eyelashes and bobby pins in one bedroom, bathroom trash not emptied, and blood/chocolate on the staircase spindles. I contacted the owner immediately who contacted the property manger. The PM called me and said he would get someone to come over and clean. That never happened. It was one excuse aftera nother until the PM finally said he would come out but it would be after 9pm.....uh....no. After walking around in my bare feet, my feet were filthy black and the floor felt sticky. Spindles missing from the lampshades, no batteries in the TV remotes, and the Spectrum boxes did not work. The house needs a lot of TLC. I don't think it is the owner's fault. I put the blame on the property management company for not taking care of the place and not communicating with the owner.

Family Fun

This house had alot of room and kept the kids entertained with different games like ping pong and Foosball. There was no Spectrum but all and all we enjoyed our stay in Orlando we will be renting this one again 😀

Great Getaway

Our family of 11 stayed at this property. Plenty of room for all of us! Convenient to the Disney parks. Lovely home. My teens loved the room with the ping pong table and darts! Only complaint: need more bath towels. House sleeps 16 and there were only 10 bath towels. Otherwise, would 100% stay here again. Easy to contact owner with questions and owner was very quick with response. Enjoyed it very much!
