Great condo

The condo was as represented. The beds were comfortable and it was super nice to have king sized beds. Great beach front space. The kitchen has a great assortment of pots and pans. Nice amount of dinnerware and coffee cups. The appliances including washer and dryer are topnotch.

No Air

The air conditioning never worked properly despite calling and texting management numerous times. Line was stopped up and filter had not been cleaned. Vendor came twice to unstop drain line and still did not work properly. Never changed or cleaned filter. Condo was way to hot to stay in during day time and management refused to move us to another unit. Management sent someone too late at night to check on air (midnight) when we called hours earlier. We could not sleep until wee hours of morning due to heat. Refrigerator freezer did not work. After two days we came in and a portable small fridge was sitting in den. No handle or lock on sliding door. Door too narrow for my wheelchair to fit through. Indoor pool was advertised but closed whole time we were there. Elevator on our end of building was out of order half of the time. Condo personnel were not helpful at all. I had planned to be able to sit in my wheelchair either on patio or in front of large windows and watch ocean. Almost had to go to hospital due to heat and couldn’t breath due to asthma and heart condition. This was relayed to management and they still did not help.

Pretty awesome place except for….

This place is pretty awesome! View is stunning. Beds are super comfortable . The unit is stocked with necessities. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Fabulous location on the beach. Excellent communication with property manager. The down side is just the elevators. The longest we had to wait was 35 minutes and that was at check out. Best advice is be patient. I spoke to a resident who said they will be placing new elevators in this year after summer ends. Everything was wonderful except for elevators so that is what made it 4 stars for us. We would love to stay again once the updated elevators are installed.

Sisters trip

The blind in the living room would not raise. So only half of the view. We did report that on our first day. Was not fixed. The floors were dirty and had to clean our feet every night before bed. Other than those issues. We had a nice time.
