Kapalua Bay Villa 24G2 is a show stopping 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Enjoy privacy as well as panoramic views. The expansive lanai is the perfect spot to wind down with a mai tai and take in those sunsets. Dine al fresco with rolling waves as your backdrop. Step inside to enjoy the bright and airy main living area. Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings throughout the villa provide an elegant yet laid back feel to help you relax and enjoy your Maui vacation. Central AC and ceiling fans throughout will help keep things cool after a day in the sun. The beautifully updated kitchen features new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It's the perfect space to cook all your meals if you don't want to eat out. But if you do, we recommend The Sea House and Merriman's which are a 10-15 minute walk away!

The serene and tranquil bedroom features a King size bed with a new pillowtop mattress, an en suite bathroom and sweeping views with your own private lanai access, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The master bathroom is beautifully updated as well, featuring dual sinks and a luxurious walk in shower. Additional guests can enjoy the pullout sleeper sofa (Queen) and guest bathroom featuring a walk in shower. This villa can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably.

The Bay Villas are located in the heart of world-class Kapalua with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Honolua Bay and more! Enjoy many wonderful restaurants and prestigious golf courses just steps from the villa. This property features four swimming pools, and recreation and barbecue areas. Kapalua offers a free shuttle service anywhere within Kapalua to all Kapalua guests. There is plenty of free parking and there are no additional daily resort fees at this resort. There are also great trails to explore; all within walking distance you can enjoy the Kapalua Coastal Hiking Trail and the Mahana Ridge Hiking trail. Please note this resort has no elevators.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
