Prepare home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen, fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite counters, share meals at the dining table and kick back in the Carolina room complete with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and tranquil views of the waterways.

The entire living area opens up to a spacious back deck and gorgeous backyard on the waterway. A perfect setting for family gatherings, outdoor BBQs and alfresco dining. There’s even an outdoor shower for those hot Hilton Head summer days.

Port Tack 50 comfortably sleeps 12 guests in 3 stylish bedrooms. The master suite features king bed and a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a large walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a double sink and tiled walk-in shower and access to the outdoor patio. The first guest bedroom, located just across from the master, features a king bed and a queen bed, flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third guest room is located off the kitchen area. This room features a queen bed and a set of twin bunks with access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The exterior of the home provides an excellent space for island living. The newly constructed pool, updated deck area and gas grill offer a great space for recreation and entertaining. *Pool heat is available for an additional cost.* There is also a outdoor ping pong table for added enjoyment!

The owners of the home have made the garage available for guest use as well.
