Guests agree to: 1 - Keep their pet under control at all times. 2 - Keep their pet restrained, but not tethered, when it is outside their dwelling. 3 - Adhere to local ordinances, including leash and licensing requirements. 4 - Not to leave their pet unattended for any unreasonable periods. 5- Clean up after their pet and to dispose of their pet's waste properly and quickly. 6- Keep their pet from being unnecessarily noisy or aggressive and causing any annoyance or discomfort to others and will remedy immediately any complaints made through the Manager. 7- Refrain from allowing pets on furniture.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-In: 4:00 PM / Check-Out: 10:00 AM. No early check-ins or late check-outs during summer season or without prior authorization. Progressive fees may apply for all guest remaining in units past 10AM.
PARKING POLICY
May 15-Sept 15, 2023 - VALID REHOBOTH BEACH TOWN PERMITS REQUIRED FOR ALL STREET PARKING. We provide parking for 2 cars. Depending on your cottage you will have designated private off-street parking and/or parking permits. Permits are required in-season (May 15-Sept 15, 2023). Parking is free during off-season (Sept. 16, 2022 -May 14, 2023). By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The cottage does not take responsibility or accept liability for parking violations, damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property. We reserve the right to tow vehicles. Parking permits must be returned prior to check-out. $300 fee per tag for missing or lost permits.

FIREPLACE POLICY
Fireplaces are NON-FUNCTIONAL and should not be used at any time. Violators will be charged for all damage.
SMOKING POLICY
Cooper Cottages is a smoke-free vacation. No smoking in any spaces under the roof of the cottage; including all porches and areas near other cottages. A $500 smoking fee will be charged for violations and guest(s) may be asked to vacate the property.
MINIMUM AGE POLICY
All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm accommodations at Cooper Cottages. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification. CLEANING POLICY Room refreshes will not be offered during stays. Washer/dryer units are in each cottage. Extra cleaning fees may apply if house rules aren’t followed.
NOISE / EVENT POLICY
No events, parties or loud or unruly permitted on premises. Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Multiple violations and guest(s) will be asked to vacate the property.
DAMAGE POLICY Guests responsible for all damage.
