Before booking you need to confirm repairs have been made for health and safety purposes. Both indoor showers leak to the point that we couldn’t use one of the showers the whole trip, nor did we use the downstairs for our kids to sleep in as the leak was dripping through a light fixture in the basement. On top of that, when we reported the leak we were told the owner and/or plumber would drop by at no specific time which was extremely inconvenient and wasted a lot of our vacation time waiting around for someone to stop by. On top of that, the owner made it sound like the leak was just discovered by the last renters, but based on other reviews they knew about it for at least six weeks. It also means there’s probably extensive water damage and mold issues downstairs due to the leak. In addition to this, many other amenities we paid for were not functioning like the grill and the dishwasher. There were also quite a few hazards like an electrical outlet that kept popping out every time we opened a drawer in the kitchen, which was extremely unsafe especially because we had young kids in the house. Many of the floating shelves also seemed very loose and precarious. Overall we had a very poor experience and did not receive what we paid for and I would not recommend this property or any others rented by this property manager.
