This newly renovated condo sleeps 6 people and is perfectly located a block from the Bethune Beach access and park. The beachfront area of the park has restrooms, large picnic pavilions, and showers. The riverside park is located right next to the complex and has tennis, pickle ball, basketball and volleyball courts, a playground, fishing pier and restrooms. After enjoying the surf and white sandy beach, cool off at the pool, located near the unit.

The condo's on-suite master bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed with amazing views of the river and access to the screened-in patio. The guest bedroom has a new queen size bed and twin bunk beds with plenty of storage. The family room has a couch that converts to a queen-sized pull out bed.

What's there to do?

*JB’s Fish Camp is right down the road. Here you can rent kayaks or paddle boards, listen to live music, or enjoy a meal along the waterway.
*Flagler Avenue is another destination point with it's street-lined restaurants, bars and shoppes.
*Canaveral National Seashore Park- climb up Turtle Mound- a mound that contains oysters and refuse from the prehistoric Timucuan people and is an archaeological site on the National Register
*The Ponce de Leon Inlet has a museum and lighthouse that stands 175 feet in height-one of the tallest in the United States

After exploring all the city has to offer or enjoying a day at the beach, sit back and enjoy the sunset that can be seen from the screened-in porch off the back of the condo. It's a relaxing way to end the day.
