THIS HAVENS COMMUNITY VILLA is located in the PRISTINE BAREFOOT RESORTS along the intracoastal waterway bordering BAREFOOT LANDING and COUNTLESS AMENITIES. The community has 4 renowned golfs, multiple pools, restaurant's, a marina plus is only minutes from the beach with public parking and free shuttle service to the beach during prime months. Truly a kid friendly, quiet and a safe environment for the entire family.

***The two bedroom two bathroom condo is a top floor end unit that has it's own private balcony overlooking the 9th hole green of the Greg Norman Golf course. This complex does not have an elevator but is only two levels of stairs to the 3rd floor.

BED & BATH

Condo sleeps 6 (six) guests between two bedrooms. Master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 beds and a double closet located next to the communal bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own flat screen TV. There is also a new sofa sleeper that pulls out into a queen size bed located in the living room.

This END UNIT is on the top third floor, which offers lots of privacy and cathedral ceilings in the living room.

TWO COMMUNITY RESTAURANTS -
Putters Pub - is the community sports bar offering great food, entertainment nearly every night of week, and a public driving range. Countless flat screens, arcade games, and wood oven pizza made at the end of the bar. Karaoke night, trivia night, cornhole tournaments are some of the fun night events to look forward to.

The Marina Restaurant- is a local seafood and fresh cuisine that offers inside and outdoor bars and seating (back deck sitting overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway) and often times has happy hour specials , a pool table, live music and entertainment.

Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. A clean, well equipped condo provided a quiet getaway with nice walking areas and close to restaurants, shops and leisure activities. Owners were great and very responsive.

Beautiful

It was a beautiful and wonderful stay.The condo was amazing and so was the neighborhood!! The only thing I didn’t like was the balcony due to spider eggs and spiders.

Totally Enjoyed Our Stay!!!

This was our first time booking a place through Vrbo, so we were a little apprehensive but from the first contact from Steve and Christina, we were immediately put at ease. They provided thorough information about the property, what it offered, suggestions on restaurants/places to check out and responded quickly to any questions that we had … even when we were staying at their place. The condo was beautiful and very clean and the property was gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend staying here. We will definitely share our experience with our family and friends.

Responsive hosts, but honest review of stay.

1. Not enough seating in the living room to comfortably sit 6 bodies on couches. 2. Not enough necessities for the stay. To include: only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 7 days (6 PEOPLE). Only 1 roll of paper towels for entire stay. No dish soap or sponge to wash dishes at all. There were two dishwasher tablets. Only the trash bag that was in the trash can was supposed to be for a 7 day stay for 6 people. One bar of soap for showering in each bathroom. Did not use & I doubt anyone would use them. 3. Knives are extremely dull. 4. There was no parchment paper or aluminum foil. 5. No cleaner to wipe down any mess made. Used my own Clorox wipes to do so. 6. No laundry detergent, softener, or dryer sheets. 7. Leftover bowls would have been nice. I had to use my ziplock bags for this during stay. 8. No seasoning besides pepper. 9. Everything sticks to the pans when you cook. Even when you use spray/oil. 10. Black HAIR all over the place including in sheets, floors, & rug in master bedroom. This was one of the most disturbing parts of our stay. We have photos of this. 11. Master bedroom bed is uncomfortable and squeaks with every little move you make in the bed. Nonetheless, we woke up with neck aches every morning. 12. We all felt really stuffy while in the house. The air filters likely need to be changed or part of maintenance/upkeep. When looking at vents - you could tell there is buildup. Hosts are very responsive, so that was nice.

Two long time friends and loving families came together to purchase, renovate and enjoy this fantastic vacation home. Having busy lives and growing families, we found Barefoot Resorts in N Myrtle Beach a fantastic retreat to decompress in a relaxing/ comfortable home. Truly an ideal location, our families love the proximity to everything being that we have small children. The beach is a few blocks from the community entrance, Barefoot Landing, restaurants, Alligator Adventure, and countless activities. We have made several trips to area whether it be family vacations, couples party week or golf trips and every time we leave there is always another place, event or attraction we look forward to experiencing the we next return.

The property has been recently updated and has a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for vacationing. The location and community itself was the big the draw when we researched purchasing. Having young families, we found pulling off the main drag (connecting N. Myrtle and Myrtle Beach) into Barefoot Resorts a welcoming tranquil, safe and clean environment away from the hustle and bustle very desirable. With that said, COUNTLESS attractions (Barefoot Landing) are right at the entrance of the community and we are 3 mins from gorgeous less crowded beaches and a short drive to the airport.

Unique Benefits from traveling ourselves and probably one of the most important; is If you contact us we are happy to answer your questions and point you in the right direction, no matter the vacation you a seeking.... And we truly mean that!
For example we have found (especially during peak season) guests going out to eat can be very challenging because restaurants do not generally take reservations... During one particular stay, advising our guests to eat In our community (there is a Sports Bar (Putters Pub) and a great Marina Restaurant overlooking the intercoastal waterway) help ensure our guests had an awesome evening with their family.
If you like golf Barfeoot Resort has 4 excellent and picturesque courses on the property (clubhouse has picked us up in carts from our building) and the sports bar has a public driving range. You really can stay in the community on a golf trip and have a fantastic trip.
-Our communities massive pool overlooking the intercoast (and next to the Marina Bar) is impressive. .
