Arriving
As you drive up to the property, you will be impressed by the size. Over 5000 square feet of living space is waiting for your group. As you walk to the front door of the main house you will be greeted by a large deck with tons of seating. This is the perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon wine. Our guests rave about the hanging chairs.
Entering the home
As you enter and walk into the home you are sure to be pleased with the expansive space of the living/dining/kitchen space. All furniture and decor in this area are of the highest quality. With enough seating to accommodate some of the largest groups you will instantly feel at home. The 86 inch TV in this area sets up the perfect theatre experience.
Cooking
This kitchen is open and impressive with enough room to accommodate a dining space. The kitchen is roomy with more than enough space for multiple cooks. You won't be complaining about too many cooks in this kitchen. The side door and kitchen window both have views of the pool area and courtyard.
Amenities
Where to begin? The Amenities on the property are numerous and no cost was spared.
* Swimming Pool. The generously sized swimming pool is zero entry allowing for an increased amount of options for the little ones. A cascading waterfall can be heard throughout the courtyard. Queen Anne Palms sway above this incredibly scenic oasis. At night you will enjoy the soothing LED light transition making this spot the perfect local for those social media photos. This area is well lit throughout the evening for those night swimmers You can see the open bar and watch a show on the 86 inch tv all while enjoying your swim.
* Game Room. The game room is the newest addition and is sure to be a huge success. It rains in Florida...it rains a lot. What do you do on those rainy days with impatient kiddos asking what's next? We have your solution! This game room is equipped with three gaming computers, a tabletop game system with over 3500 games, 4 huge televisions, and a gaming entertainment counsel. Do you want a movie night? We have you covered. Interested in watching your favorite team? This area includes two bar tops so you can make that happen. This multi-Use room is extraordinary.
* Outdoor Kitchen/Bar. This space is my favorite on the property. You can grill your favorite food, sit at the bar, or lounge at the dining table all while watching the kids play in the pool or your favorite show on the 86 inch outdoor TV
* Hot Tub Room. Coming in 2022 is a covered open space featuring a luxurious hot tub. This area looks out to the pool and no expense was spared with this amazing spa you can step down into and soak all your cares away.
* The Beach! Of course the beach. Beach access is so close you will be amazed. Check out the listing photos and see just how close. The picture of the corner with the stop sign shows you a brick home at the end of the street. To the right of that home is your beech access. The beach near this property is second to NONE. Far away from the resort crowds and as perfect as any picture you will be in awe the second you hit those sugar sands. We provide a beach cart, beach towels, and some beach chairs to make your trip that much more enjoyable.
* Shark Room. If children are in your group they will always recall what it was like to stay in the shark room. Such a fun space for your little pirates to feel like they are in the belly of a ship. Complete with rope lights, flicker flame night lights, treasure map, and individual chests to store their loot. Combine this room with the game room and you are sure to have them begging to come back year after year.
* Billiard Room. Adults and kids alike love this room. It's a wonderful place to challenge each other to a game of pool while others sit and relax watching a movie or enjoying the competition.
